Booked this Aqua obstacle course for my husband and two adult sons whilst on holiday at tattershall lakes.
Staff friendly and helpful. All 3 thoroughly enjoyed themselves but came off absolutely shattered 😂 fab experience and lovely for spectators to sit and watch…..I’ve never laughed so much in a long time.
Costs £20 pp for an hour and includes the hire of a wet suit and helmet

Great set up.
We were just visiting Tattershall Lakes for use of the Aqua park and had a fab time.
It was really easy to find and park up.
Your staff have great direction on where to go for signing in and to get kitted up etc. The one way system worked really well. The changing facilities were clean and a good size too.
Probably could do with another person to hand out equipment, having said that the lad (sorry not sure on his name, but was quite tall with blondish curly hair) had great control of people and excellent customer service. He made sure everyone was dealt with and kept moving at the same time.
I would recommend taking sliders or flip flops, especially for children to walk over to the aqua park in once changed and for when they get out of the water.
At the end of your session once again it is a good one way process to drop off equipment and get changed.
I didn't go on the aqua park, but my 11 and 9 year old had a blast on it.
I felt completely assured they were safe the whole time.
Smiles all round.

This is our second visit year visiting Just Wake at Tattershall Lakes. The first year I was remiss and didn’t leave feedback, my son had an instructor (I think he was called Ollie, chatty man with a pony tail) who was fantastic with our boys, two were nervous and one who was over excited. The instruction was friendly and adapted to each of our boys needs.
This year we went back and one of our sons he had another two lessons. Alice was the instructor this time and again the instruction was incredibly friendly and tailored perfectly to our sons needs. The staff at Just Wake make the experience and really
deserve recognition for their excellent demeanor and attitude towards customer service. Our son (Leo) didn’t stop smiling for one moment during either of the lesson and he cant wait to go back.
Fantastic place and great fun for kids but

Brilliant way to spend an hour with the kids, non stop smiles for almost an hour. The water was predictably bloody freezing, but the wetsuit helped with that. Highly recommended!

Absolutely disturbing service from Sally at UK Water Parks. A separate company unfortunately have cancelled my accommodation booking due to COVID-19 yesterday at 3pm. I work until 5pm, and wasn't able to contact my party of guests until I got home at 5.45pm. It was then too late to phone UK Water Parks to cancel our booking, as their phone lines shut at 6pm. I have phoned today to cancel, and Sally said it wasn't their problem Tattershall Lakes have cancelled my lodge, and that they can only offer me a 50% refund, or a gift voucher of £120. I live over an hour away from the Aqua Park, and calmly explained my situation to her, however she wouldn't listen, and continued to tell me the cancellation policy. I asked due to the circumstances if this could be reviewed, and she advised no.
Our party of guests are now £120 out of pocket, and we have re-arranged a trip for this weekend in York (hen party) so won't be able to use the Aqua Park vouchers. Despite me having visited the park before, I won't be returning, and will be highly advising people against the service.
I don't want to support a company who won't listen to guests during a world-wide pandemic, or make allowances for something out of my control.
I would like to personally mention Sally (she reported she had a manager title) who perhaps needs a briefing on how to speak to customers.

Booked 5 session wakeboarding for my 2 sons (14 and 11) after our positive experience here last year, and they once again loved it. The teachers Dan and Alice in particular were really patient and relentlessly positive - my younger son has Aspergers and they understood the subtleties in communicating with him, which is really appreciated.
A very professional outfit which is both great fun and teaches the kids a new skill - thoroughly recommend it.

Me and my 8 year old son did this water activity while on holiday at Tattershall lakes and all I can say is wow!!! £12.50 each for 50 minutes on the course which is definitely more than enough time! They have swings a water trampoline,slides and plenty more! We loved it so much we did it twice! It is so much fun and a must do for all!!

Really disappointed that we booked to visit during half term as we did last year in October you were open the first week and this year you closed at the end of September ... such as shame as you were busy !!!

I’m sorry you were disappointed that we closed the Aqua Park at the end of September this year, our opening dates for 2019 were published in November 2018, and availability was online.
Unfortunately we opened in October for the first time in 2018 and the feedback from the few customers who attended in October was that it was far too cold and not an enjoyable experience. We therefore took the decision to close the Aqua Park in line with previous years at the end of September for 2019.
We do run other water activities throughout October and November, but these activities are on-water activities rather than in water activities, which means customers more likely to enjoy the sessions as they will not spend much time in the water. The activities we run are Wakeboarding (20min sessions), Kayaking, Paddleboarding and Monster Paddleboards, all of which are enjoyable activities that can be run when the water temperature drops.
I think it is a little harsh to give us a 1Star rating for one of our activities being closed when we have advertised the opening dates almost 12months in advance.

Hi Dawn, pulling yourself out of the walkways is definitely a workout, you need to use the handles on the walkways to help you. Unfortunately there is no graceful way of getting in and out. Younger children definitely need help from an adult, adults that haven't done any exercise can find it difficult, so will sometime use the time for a rest.
