We offered a full voucher amount for your activities, following your cancellation pre-restriction period. The Italian government, as you noted, followed with a general closure and recommendations on vouchers to be issued following our receipt of your cancellation request. As an additional compromise, we also made the voucher completely transferrable in the event you were unable to travel in the future. Upon rejection of this offer, we are aware that you were unsuccessful in your dispute with two credit card companies handling your payment, and as a result, threatened our agency with a negative review if we didn't proceed with the full refund amount. In light of our following Italian law, the voucher would have been the best way to remedy the situation, which was refused. Your review is also against Trip Advisor policies on demanding services "or else..." and we have reported this to the TA team, although again, we do apologize and understand your frustration as we too would like to return to regular travel again.
