SCAM !! DO.NOT.USE. we booked with them and 6 days before our trip she canceled on us.. we had to pay for other arrangements and we are back at home now and STILL no refund !! She owes me 514.00 !!!! It has been over two weeks and they will not reply to me OR no refund has come through

Michele was amazing from first contact until our trip was completed. We were already staying in Belize, and arranged transportation to the boat. Michele stayed on the phone with our driver to make sure he found the correct meeting spot. We were supposed to travel with another party, but when their flight was delayed, Michele sent us on our way rather than have us wait - which was AMAZING and we appreciated this A LOT. As we were a smaller booking group, our boat was a little bit smaller than some of the ones in the photos posted in other reviews- but the ride was smooth, the captain knowledgeable and any 'bumps' along the way were minor. We were dropped off at the dock of our accommodation - which is another benefit of using Nautllus - it saved us a transfer from the ferry dock. Great experience from beginning to end.

Reliable, effortless, convenient, friendly, and professional service directly from BZE airport to the dock of the Victoria House resort on Ambergris Caye, and then back to BZE airport for departure. Highly recommend!

Michele and the team made our trip to San Pedro quick, easy and fun! My boyfriend hasn’t flown in over 20 years, and we wanted to avoid the small sea plane. The ride passed quickly (rum punch helps!) and the captain was very well versed with reading the seas and keeping us out of the rain. First mate was nice and helpful, and our cab driver Tony had great recommendations and exchanged us some BZE for USD… a lifesaver as once we got to San Pedro we had an hour long golf cart ride north in the dark.
Communication with Michele was very quick and easy to understand. Very impressed with her response time as well.
We will always use Nautilus whenever we return to Belize.

We were travelling during uncertain times during the pandemic and wanted a private charter to Ambergris Caye. I contacted Nautilus Express and reached Michele. Right from the start I felt comfortable as she carefully planned out our options. Michele arranged for our group of 11 to be picked up at the airport and Daniel was there with a sign with our name on it when we stepped out of the airport We were quickly transported to the marina and michele had us on a boat to Ambergris Caye within minutes. The boat was big and stable in the water for the 40minute trip and delivery was right to the dock of our accommodations. Michele also arranged the pick up 14 days later and was the reverse of our arrival. Punctual and superior service. Michele is a total rockstar. Highly recommend Nautilus Express Charters and Michele. Awesome way from the Port to your dock in Ambergris Caye, Belize. We had small children and they made us comfortable. Tony greeted us at the airport with our names on a sign, we stopped quickly for groceries then off we were on the boat. The ride was smooth and our family of 10 had the boat to ourselves. On the boat ride, they served rum punch and had snacks for the kids. We felt comfortable and safe with our friendly crew. They were really top notch! Thank you Nautilus♥️

The service was great! The team always arrived on time, was ready to help and met the task in a professional manner. Problems were resolved quickly, calls were answered immediately. Michelle responded to our texts from the moment we completed the application to the moment we left for the airport. The company was always in touch. Thank you all very much, because of your company, Belize became wonderful and comfortable for a vacation.
We liked the captain and crew of the boat for their inexhaustible optimism, readiness to show and explain everything new and unusual. The boat trips were the best part of our holiday, thank you so much!

My husband and I used this service for our trip to Belize in July. The boat ride and taxi were were wonderful, however we were scammed out of several hundred dollars that we were promised in reimbursements due to change from the boat to a plane ride back to the mainland. This is beyond disappointing, as Michele sets a terrible precedent for the rest of the employees with the company who are hard working and so nice. Our group is owed around $600, and it has been a month now with absolutely no contact from Michele despite promising us a reimbursement. We will be handling this matter with the appropriate authorities, but I wanted to leave this review to warn people that this may happen to you as well.

Heather, it is very disappointing to see your review after we reimbursed your payment as promised. Yes, it took longer than anticipated but I am not perfect. If I wanted to scam you, I would have left you right at the international airport with not a representative in sight on arrival day.
I sent you an email explaining why it took so long to get reimbursed and followed through, yet you try to smear my name?
I just want you to know that we are a small business trying to continue our operations after a pandemic has crippled us financially and when things like sea and weather conditions stop our operation for a day, we suffer the most when we refuel our vessels to be prepared to do our jobs and end up reimbursing customers due to weather conditions which we have no control over.
Further more, one review wasn't enough for you, you made Jordan another person from your group to also post a review to compound the situation like I'm this terrible person! All I can say is, hope you are satisfied expressing yourself. Have a good day!

Do you take cruise passengers to San Pedro? We would only want to spend a couple hours there, so we would need to have a return ride.

There are various times that you can return from San Pedro. The latest was 4:30pm. We went for the day and returned the same day.

Hi Michelle, I have read the questions and answers below. And you state that you can only book the transfers for 6 or more people. I have a family of 4 and after reading the reviews I would really like to use your company. Is there a higher price we can pay to be able to use your service? Or maybe 2 more people could ride along at the same time? Please help! I cannot find anything that does not involve myself or my family being shoved into a boat with 75 people and I do not want that. I want a more private quiet boat transfer!
