Wonderful, great for school students. Some exhibits are looking a little tired but still a great experience

What a brilliant experience!!! I learnt so much and John was a treasure trove of knowledge. Who knew that we had such wonderful fossils on our coastline. A must do in Ulladulla:)

This was really interesting. Amazing what you see and find when you go with someone who knows what they are talking about.

What a Fantastic Guided Tour of our distant past. A mind expanding experience for only $10.
jun. de 2019 • Amigos
If you have half an inquisitive mind, you will love this expertly run excursion of our fossil past right on our doorstep. Learn about various fossils, ancient crystals, glaciers and drop stones, cannon-ball concretions and tessellated pavement. I knew very little on the subject and WOW, I have walked away amazed and enlightened. I attended with a Meetup group from Canberra (2.5 hr drive) and John was our guide 15/6/19.
The kids would love it too spotting the fossils in the rocks and there are pieces they can legally take home. A great way to spark the future scientist and inquiring mind.
2 hours very well spent.

化石を見つけられるか・・・・
may. de 2018 • Pareja
Princes Hwy

Tides wrong
abr. de 2019 • Pareja
No tour today as they only do them when there is a low tide in the day. If you can go then do. Heard so many good things. $10 adults $6 child and $25 for the whole family. If you missed the tour, or there was no tour on your day still head down to the beach and hunt for the fossils. There are so many to find. Be careful of the tides and check the times before you clamber round the rocks.

Loved it!
oct. de 2018 • Familia
My 10 year old fossil lover and I did this tour and absolutely loved it! It was so educational. We will never look at a rock platform the same again! Our guide Phil was fabulous. We saw so many fossils it was amazing! We can’t wait to check out other places to see if we can find more now! Thanks so much for a great afternoon! We loved every second of it.

So many fossils!
mar. de 2018 • Pareja
The weather was not cooperating. To see fossils and amazing rocks, we were invited to visit the Fossils House.

In this small place, they have so many fossils. It was amazing!

There were also all kinds of unique rocks. I liked the one that was purple with white spots.

We started speaking with Canadians. They had to leave immediately from their campground because of a forest fire. They were safe now.

I enjoyed admiring these fossils! Id the weather is harsh, we can always go to the Fossils House, which is part of the Gondwana Coast Fossil Walk.

Not to be missed
abr. de 2018 • Familia
The Fossil Walk is a great and cheap way to spend a couple of hours and learn an enormous amount about the local geology and fossils.
Our friendly and knowledgeable guide Mike engaged kids and adults alike. My 9 year old’s comment was “this was ten times better than I expected”.
You need to book, online or via the Ulladulla visitors centre, and pay in cash when the tour starts. Tours are coordinated with low tides and don’t run every day so you need to be organised.
Highly recommended!
