We believe that your review has gone to the wrong place as we haven't had a tour with you, all our tours end soon before it gets dark, it gets dark in Cartagena currently after 6pm and we bike around more than in the touristic areas, which you would've known if you would've taken the tour. Checking out your profile, it seems to us that since all of your reviews are negative and not one of them is 5*, you either don't have a good time easily or just prefer to make things hard for some people and businesses.
In any case, as you have not participated in our tour, we reported this review and if you decide to come, you are welcome and we will do our best to give you an excellent 5* worthy tour :)
