Ho affittato una Yamaha 125 per 4 gg a parer mio non è un vero rent visto che viene gestito alla reception di un ostello.. Comunque le due ragazze con cui ho trattato sono state gentili e competenti e anche il principale che mi ha risolto un inconveniente con intelligenza

We spent all day with Mike on December 25th, 2018 who from first impression convinced us he was a really good guy. We rode motorcycles all day with Mike and he said that at the end of the day he would get us an international motorcycles license. In the US this is expensive and takes a lot of time. Mike said he was friends with the head of the Cartagena Police and could easy get an international license made for us since we rode with him all day but it would cost us about $1,000 US or 7 Million Pesos but we would get it before we left. I am embarrassed to write that I trusted him and gave him this money. Excuse after excuse came of why we didn’t get it before we left, then it supposedly got lost in the mail, then he just stopped responding to our texts, phone calls and emails. This guy will look you in the eyes smile, convince you to trust him while he steals $1,000 from you. I do not know how I can possibly get my money back as it has been 4 months since he stopped responding but I hope that no one supports this con artist’s Motorbike rental.

On October 9th, 2018 we did a guided tour with one of the owners, Mike, the tour went horribly wrong , we could have died or been severely burned! (SEE PICS ATTACHED) I waited this long to write a review because we were giving him the benefit of the doubt on his promise that we would be fully refunded. It has now been 4 months, we’ve emailed Mike a couple of times regarding when to expect our refund, attached are email conversations with only one response from him and then nothing. I came across motorbike rental and emailed inquiring about the Can Am 4 seater car. Mike got back to me fairly quickly and we also ended up messaging on whatsapp he sent pics and videos of the tour, all seemed great! On the morning of the tour we meet Mike at his office, pay and off we go for an exciting day. About halfway in things go downhill, the Can Am breaks down. Mike tries to restart it to no avail, it finally starts up again. I’m sitting in the back, the Can Am to the touch feels extremely hot, my leg feels like it’s burning, I look down and see FIRE! We all luckily managed to get out of the car before it was engulfed in flames! The car eventually burned out on it’s own, after a few bursts and us thinking it was going to explode all that was left was the metal frames. We rode in the back of a police truck to the nearest town and caught a cab back into the city, in the cab Mike apologized but kept telling us to please not write a bad review! AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS!

From beginning to end, this motorcycle rental went Perfectly.
The day before my scheduled pick up, mike had the bike washed and professionally tuned up by a mechanic.
Upon arrival all the paperwork was ready to go and the bike was ready.
During the 4 days that I had the bike, Mike was constantly available through "WHATSAPP" if I had any questions or just wanted to give an update.
We were pulled over once by the colombian police, and because we had all the proper paperwork from Mike, we were on our way in under 60 seconds.
Very professional, and in my opinion, the only place the rent a legit bike with all the proper paperwork and insurance required to drive not only in Cartagena, but in all of Colombia

An amazing tour traveling thru the small villages of Colombia . Passing thru villages that have suffered so much from the Colombian conflicts and seeing a rebirth is truly an experience . And hearing the locals tell there war stories and how they survived was my favorite part . How now as they begin there rebuilding process there inner strength show thru .

Show up without reservations, NO problem. The owner was knowledgeable and very helpful. We were crunched for time so he personally lead us to the outskirts of town to save us time and enable us to see and enjoy the countryside. Micheal is for sure on top of his game in starting up this business. Highly recommended if you want something exciting to do while visiting Cartagena. He has all the amazing basics of vacation adventure covered...Motor bikes, sailing, scuba diving. Look him up Motorbikerentalsincartagena.com YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!!

Top notch team, top notch bikes, top experience in Cartagena!! They know the areas, they know the bikes, and they know the people to make sure you have the best experience possible. I needed help with a million different things and they went way out of their way to make sure my experience was more than sorted. Will definitely be returning and using them again!

The two guys that run this place are super friendly and helpful. My buddy rented a bike and I had my own. When I had problems with my bike they directed me to a mechanic and helped me deal with them (my Spanish is fairly basic). And I didn’t even rent from them. Big thumbs up.

Rented a bike for 12 hours. Rode from Cartegena to Barranquilla. Went up the coast and coming back took hilly roads. Bike ran great. Both owners were there when I picked up. I left around 8:30 AM on June 8, 2018 and got back at 7:30 pm. Was welcomed with a cold beer and enough time to charge up my dead phone to call family and arrange to meet with them. Quick and easy pick up and drop off. No surprises. I highly recommend.
