Adorable book store and coffee shop with unique gifts and yummy treats. Coffee was great and so were the treats! Great stop just off of the Blue Ridge Parkway.

Enjoying a fantastic Espresso Macchiato while sitting on the front porch is a nice way to end a day of moto riding. Best espresso in the area for sure. Seems like there are always new sweet things to tempt one as well. Nice people nice experience.

Books & Beans offers coffee and pastries as well as endless rooms full of unique new and used book titles. The Art League is upstairs and worth a visit for special local art. One could spend hours lurking the shelves with a cup of great coffee.

Loved our coffee/tea at this lovely old book store. And thank you for insisting people wear masks inside and even turning people away when they refused. It's your place, your rules and people should be kind enough to follow them. Hope your business prospers and grows. And for those of you who just want a great cup of coffee (or tea) this is your place. Please wear your MASK!!

What a wonderful combination!

We settled into the coziest basement library with a cup of coffee and muffins for hours. Before we left we bought a bunch of used books and awesome cast-iron decorations.

Sla dit niet over als je de Blue Ridge Parkway rijdt. Het lijkt een klein cafeetje, maar is veel meer. Natuurlijk kun je er koffie drinken, met iets erbij. Maar er zijn ook souvenirs, en heel veel boeken. Je loopt een kamer in en vandaaruit weer een kamer, en nog een en ..Cozy place!
