Awesome course. A pleasure to play, course was in excellent condition. A few holes have some very challenging shots. Views are amazing.

Being BC's Most Scenic Golf Course is the only thing keeping this place afloat! Definite lack of management & the facilities are subpar to say the least (no driving range, unsanitary & infested restaurant & clubhouse, the list could go on). Overpriced rounds and food are just the cherry on top... Do yourself a favour and steer clear of FCGC!!

We did a round here the end of September, while visiting family in Vancouver. It's an absolutely beautiful course, with amazing views. It's a tough track and one that you'd like to play a couple times to 'figure out' where to try to hit the ball to on each hole. Only complaint - and this is for alot of courses - would be the washrooms, or lack thereof. The main one on hole 1 was closed and there wasn't another one until hole 15 or something like that. Not a huge issue for me, but definitely for my wife. Their response? There are lots of trees... Other than that, would 100% recommend it and will definitely play it again next time we're in the area.

The first hole sets the scene. A 300 yard drive , a creek on one side a pond on the other. In front of you Howe Sound. Amazing scenery, bring lots of golf balls. We teed off early so pace of play was good. This isn’t a good course for the newbie, super greens lovely staff. Worth a visit if in the area.

I have two words for this golf course, amazing and incredible. Visiting from Vancouver, me and my dad drove to Furry Creek to play some golf on the first day of the opening. We parked and went inside and was greeted by all the employees kindly. I was so surprised! The course is very beautiful. You will see magnificent trees and rivers and oceans. You might even encounter some animals there. The best hole that I found amazing is hole 14th. Its very tricky beside the ocean but also have a beautiful scenery. After we finished playing, my dad and I went inside the Sea to Sky restaurant to get some lunch. We ordered some fish and chips and some chicken wings. I loved the food, it was like I was in heaven. The chicken wings are dry on the outside with some salt and pepper, and on the inside it is so tender and juicy. It is also gluten-free. The fish was so tender and crispy and the sauce was just, AMAZING. Best golf course ever!!

Get ready for a long round and a lot of balls , beautiful course but pace of play poorly managed . My round took 5.5 hours because of a party of 4 groups on front of us couldn’t golf , a cart didn’t even have golf clubs, they were never told to speed up until It got so bad I had to call the pro shop.

Visiting from Alberta, my friend has wanted to bring me to Furry Creek for ages and finally this was our chance. The drive from Vancouver alone is gorgeous and showcases the beautiful inlet and mountains. If I lived there I would be bringing every one of my golfer friends to show it off. It's challenging, especially for women, so bring lots of balls and don't worry about your score, just enjoy the ride and those amazing views. It looks like they are putting a lot of money into the Clubhouse and restaurant so I look forward to coming back when it is completed.

what a spectacular course! even better with all the changes and improvements. worth the trip from vancouver just for the views. play safe and lay up though, otherwise you'll lose a few balls! just a blast every time we play here.

I've been meaning to play at Furry Creek for years, but never quite managed to get here - until yesterday. We had a foursome of avid golfers (7-17 hdcp)- one from out of town - and none of us had played here. The drive from Vancouver to Furry Creek along the beautiful Sea-To-Sky Highway was like a tonic from the pain that we were feeling from fighting the work-day Vancouver traffic. The setting is really world-class and you dive right in on the first hole with a par 4 from a tee that is maybe 100 ft above the fairway. Unfortunately, your really can't hit driver on this hole, or on quite a few of the other par 4's and 5's, but it doesn't really matter. In a perfect world, they would have been able to use another 40 or 50 acres to widen and lengthen the course in places, but that is just quibbling.The course is beautiful and it is definitely challenging. All 4 of us were blown away by the beauty of the setting and we all agreed that we would like to play here again - especially if we could find a way to work around the busy Vancouver rush-hour traffic.

Loved it. Unique golf course with possibly the best vistas other than Pebble -- and maybe even better than Pebble. Course was in great shape. Elevation changes are interesting, challenging, and generally well done (compare to the Fairmont Chateau in Whistler, which I thought was a stupid course). And price was great. Will be back.

Best guess is 4.0 hours. The only issue is keeping the ball in the fairway. If you stray off the fairway, you might as well kiss the ball goodby. The course is beautiful.
