Such a friendly reception, the staff were great. Quite a climb to the top, but once up there a great view and I was convinced I could see the curvature of the horizon. Cheerful guide too.

Lucky enough to visit on an open day, so able to go inside, learn about the history and how vitally important the deep water channel is to all shipping. Amazing views from the top.

Excellent tour to learn more local history and the lighthouse. The view from the lighthouse was great and enough time to rest and explore.

We visited the lighthouse on their first opening since 2019, it felt safe, welcoming, and the volunteers were wonderful.
The climb up to the first level was manageable, an informative talk about the history and purpose of the lighthouse then endured, before the final steep climb to the light. The views out into the North Sea are great too.
Definitely recommend a visit for those not afraid to climb and look out from the 26m platform.

Cottage is better than the photos. It's really dog friendly, has excellent WiFi and the beach is beautiful. The local pub is great and very friendly. So also is the lighthouse keeper next door.

What a lovely little place to visit, some narrow roads to get to it.
Not as far inland as I 1st thought but a beautiful standing lighthouse in good condition and surrounding area.
Obviously we could only visit the outside of it but lots of photo opportunities to have been had, good for children of all ages, there is a little playground nearby also which is a nice touch as there isn't much else to do if you do have children not too interested.
Public toilets also a handy thing there's a slope going towards the beach also not too accessible if you aren't a good walker but lovely view and very picture perfect.

I think that I must be mistaking this lighthouse for somewhere else, as I was under the impression, from various TV programmes, that it was much further inland;having been left behind by the sea. It is of course, as you would expect it to be; fairly close to the sea. It is a magnificent structure, that is visible for miles and well worth a look if you are passing that way.

Visited yesterday when the light was perfect the lighthouse is well looked after in the middle of a field with good access from the car park on the headland well worth the visit

Beautiful location on the exposed Norfolk coastline.
Parking is easy in a pay and display car park at 31.59 per hour (please note the payment screen is not the easiest to be seen as it is very dim) which takes coins or card (£3.00 minimum).
The Lighthouse is within 250 yards of the car park.
Lovely walks below on the coastline (keep away from the edges of the cliffs though)
