Took the dogs for a walk, had a few children with us. Despite signs up saying dogs to be kept on a lead, we saw lots of dogs running free and lots of dogs' mess, mainly at the entrance to the circular walk. Therefore not the best place for children. Maybe it will be cleaner in the Spring and Summer.

Beautiful scenery ruined by rude and arrogant staff members
(not Olive & Co - they were nice people)
Staff members making claims that the lake was closed due to a shortage of staff but in the same breath telling us we could use the lake if we were members.
So it's clearly nothing to do with the staffing levels and more to do with the money.
We tried to purchase day passes online and even tried to purchase them at the venue.
Rude and arrogant staff claiming that the lake is private property and that we were trespassing.
Strange how the website states we were fine to use the lake, there are no signs up to say that it is private property and no signs up to say we couldn't use the lake.
I suggest if you're going to threaten members of the public with fines for trespassing, you get your own house in order first.

As it was a nice day, decided to venture out to somewhere we hadn't been before to get some fresh air and a walk.
Location is easy to get to, enough parking, you do have to pay just to let you know.
The walk around the lake is pleasant, the ground is nice and flat for walkers, cycles and wheel/push chairs.
Nice cafe on site with plenty of goodies to tempt you.
Lots of boats moored on the banks but none in the water on our visit.

great cafe, lovely walk, dog field. The walk is fairly level, I would think suitable for wheelchairs. It's free to enter but you have to pay for parking.

Great place to walk the dogs.
The sat nav did get us hopelessly lost at a farm at the other side of the lake.
Once we retraced our steps back and put siblyback Lake cafe into the satnav we got to the correct side of the lake!
Public toilets freely available.
Area all very clean and tidy.
We went after tea and it was lovely and quiet (just us and 1 other family).
Lovely play park and plenty of bins 👍.

Good morning. We are currently not running watersports activities at the lake. We are in the process of reviewing the offer at Siblyback, so keep an eye on our Facebook page for updates

Is this wheelchair friendly and are there disabled toilets?

Hello, yes I would say Siblyback Lake is wheelchair friendly, although I am unable to comment on how far around the lake that this applies.I did not walk all the way around.
I believe there is a disabled toilet next to the Rockhopper Café.
Hope this is of some help?
