The oldest building on the island i think. We were just driving around at random-- a very interesting find.

A must see

You can drive by to see this old house or see it on the museum's historical bus tour. One unique feature about this house is that it has a wooden chimney!

A tiny treasure
jul. de 2021
We drove past this small cabin and found out they were open on Friday afternoons. We made an effort to visit and really enjoyed the tour and learning about this 200 year old cabin. It is worth a visit if you happen to be there on a Friday afternoon. Note: It is a historically significant building.

Very Interesting

We visited during COVID so we were not allowed to go in the house but they welcomed you to walk around and look at the grounds. The newly constructed chimney was interesting.

This place is teenie and looks closed most of the time.. but is a neat little piece of History, worth a drive by and worth the Photo Op if nearby.

Small but interesting for history buffs. Closed due to COVID but signs encouraged us to look around, peek in windows. Had literature available to guide your visit.

From what we could see, the building is well kept and authentic. Very limited viewing hours off season.

Interesting to look at

It wasn't open when I was there, but it was intersting to walk around the house and look at the outside.

NEAT!!

Very neat little site, very informative volunteer speaker. The picture boards were neat to view, along with the home site itself.
