Gaby was our amazing guide today on the combo day tour. This tour covers it all - volcano, lake, colonial town, and Maya civilization! Gaby was incredibly thoughtful in the way in which she managed the day's activities and customized the experience to our needs. My mom, who is in senior age, had so much fun and felt fully immersed in the experience - all thanks to Gaby, who was thoughtful, careful, and always happy to extend a hand to support my mom, who was experiencing mobility difficulties today. Gaby also went above and beyond in finding our local food and drink favorites! And, she was an excellent photographer! Hats off to the Positive team for curating such a great experience and for promoting such high quality service!
