Time to airport? if you are in a Hotel in Leticia you won't have a ride longer than 20 minutes to/from the airport. Train? there is no railways in Colombia (not that transport passengers) and for sure not in the Amazonian region. Bus? Leticia is too small a town to have lot's of public transport services. You have buses that run between Leticia and Tabatinga (town in Brazil) and from Leticia to the "Kilometros" that is a road with some settlements and indigenous communities.
