המלון ממוקם מצויין, חדרים קטנים וצפופים מאוד, אין אפילו ארון, בר נחמד בקומה העליונה אבל נגנבה לנו שקית עם קניות מהחדר, רואים במצלמות שאנחנו נכנסים לחדר עם השקיות הרלוונטיות ומאז לא נראו עוד. המלון לא לוקח אחריות ומגבה את החדרנית - חבל מאוד שמעסיקים עובדים שגונבים מאורחים. לא הייתי מתקרבת למלון הזה.

Location is great, close to Covent Garden or Holborn station. Charing Cross train station is 10 minutes away. Hotel is lovely, modern smelling fabulous. Plants and flowers in lobby and bar. Room was cozy with a comfy bed., dimmable lights and a spacious shower. Housekeeping done a good job as everything was spotless! The hotel has a roof top bar and a newly opened restaurant: Penelope’s. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of dishes. Service was above expectations and all the staff we met were smiling and ready to help.

Great location, small yet well appointed rooms BUT . . . there is a nightclub on the top floor of the hotel. Im writing this review at 23.45 while in the hotel room trying to sleep. The music is extremely loud and vibrating the hotel room. Im in my early 30s and appreciate a good night out but having a nightclub on the floor above hotel rooms is baffling. I called reception at 11pm and was told the music would stop at 11.30 yet its still going strong. Do not stay here if you want to sleep!

Dear marcusbS8069HZ, Thank you for leaving us your feedback. I am sorry that you had this disappointing experience. We do advertise that we have a rooftop bar on the seventh floor which is open from 4pm until midnight and that on occasion we host a DJ. For guests with noise sensitivity, we recommend to inform the front desk of your room preferences so we can allocate you to one of our lower floors. We stayed one night here . I booked based on reviews and ere not disappointed. It is a boutique style hotel with lovely friendly staff , great rooms , fabulous location for Covent Garden and theatre land. The best bit was the fabulous rooftop bar which even on a cold January night was inviting with heaters and blankets . The views are wonderful. Breakfast was very good . An extensive continental option. You could have a cooked breakfast for extra but really with so much choice it wasn't necessary. Would definitley stay her again. Recommended.

First impression of the hotel is fantastic. The welcome we received was outstanding. We arrived very early in the morning and was only expecting to drop our bags off and to check in later that afternoon. However our room was ready and we could check in straight away. The receptionist was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the area and how to get to certain places of interest. The rooms are very spacious and clean. There was a coffee machine in our room which was a nice touch. We did not have supper in the restaurant however we did have breakfast. There was nothing lacking breakfast was superb. Even down to checking out we got the friendly attention as we did on arrival. I can highly recommend this hotel to anyone and will stay here again in a heart beat. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.…
