Half of the hotel is filled with young (Erasmus) students that will keep you up at night, rooms are dirty upon arrival: stains on sheets and furniture (see added picture). The weekly cleaning service is very minimal, and they use one bucket to clean all rooms on the same floor... leaving brown cleaning marks on the white floors. There was a smell coming from the sewage. Common area's are filled with students that leave their dirt. Even for students I wouldn't recommend. Things like kitchen utilities and cutlery are not offered by the hotel even though they communicate they do. Some reception personnel is very incompetent, cannot provide answers or service. Security and other staff lack english skills (only speak Spanish). Very overpriced. Upon arrival they will ask you to write down the condition of the room and hand it in (signed) at the reception. All furniture that are in bad/unhygienic condition are then not cleaned, repaired or replaced. I took pictures like the one uploaded to prevent them from charging me extra cleaning costs when I would check-out. At the time of my check-out I insisted on being physically present at the review, since I didn't want to be charged for anything I that was already in poor condition. The cleaning personnel confirmed me that the room was left in good condition and the reception noted this down. To my surprise, 2 months after check-out and without any prior notice, they charged me €25,- for additional cleaning costs. I'm a very tidy person and cleaned the dirty room myself upon arrival and just before I left. This left me speechless when they charged me without any notice, proof, or any reasoning. I'm not a person to write bad reviews, however after trying to reason with the reception and later the manager (!) over the mail, I decided to write my first negative review ever. They still didn't provide any proof, specification of what exactly needed to be cleaned after check-out, nor did they refund the €25,- or acknowledge that they need to re-check/consider. Considering the condition of the room upon arrival, I'm assuming the €25,- of extra cleaning costs does not go to the nice, very hard working cleaning ladies. Nor will the hotel provide the time for them to actually clean the rooms properly, leaving me wondering whether the bloody-fingerprint stain will still be there.…

Repetía y no ha defraudado. Esta en iun campeonato de tenis con mi hija, y nos han facilitado nuestra estancia. El paseo por las playas, cerca del hotel, también es un buen complemento a la propia estancia.

This is essentially student accommodation with two floors of hotel rooms. The rooms are small, tiny intact, but in a great location for the beach and its bars and restaurants and just a few steps away from buses into the city. The reception staff are incredible and really helpful and although there are students roaming around, it doesn’t feel like student digs. It really is like an upmarket and trendy hotel and everything is really clean. Although there was no hairdryer in the bathroom, there were some basic toiletries and the towels were massive. Apart from hearing other guests occasionally being unable to close their doors without them banging shut, the rooms were really quiet. I wasn’t expecting much from the on-site restaurant for breakfast but again I was pleasantly surprised with the selection. There aren’t many cheaper end hotels in the area and so we weren’t spoilt for choice but it does what it says on the tin. I couldn’t put up with the tiny bed and small room for more than a couple of days, but for a night or two it was perfectly adequate.…

The place is distant from the centre but well connected to the rest of the city. the metro/tram is 10min walk away. Buses are all around. the facility is super clean and extremely welcoming. Rooms are quiet.

mejorar en el desayuno muy básico y poca variedad para ser un hotel, y ofrecer lo que realmente tiene en la wed, la habitación que pague fue con vistas al mar y no es lo que realmente obtuve y la limpieza fallo no me cambiaron las sabanas en los 3 días que estuvimos.
