We truly regret the disappointment you have expressed over the delay in your check in and the subsequent inconvenience due to the room key not being functional along with quality of food. We understand that a more proactive approach and timely resolution would have reduced the discomfort you experienced. At the time of your room in, the temperature at thermostat would have set at low by concierge . Our all rooms have a thermostat that can control a/c with 3 speeds . Even a ceiling fan is provided . In case of a call from your end to our Duty Manager/ Guest relation executive could have resolved it . We have discussed the matter with team and appropriate measures are implemented to address the concern to prevent guest being inconvenienced such in future. We appreciate your sharing your feedback. Dear Mr.Anish Rajkumar , Thanks a lot for choosing MinervaGrand-Tirupati !! While we understand your reasons for dissatisfaction and we would like to clarify our position on the same. MinervaGrand have a high standard of guest service, however at the same time we have responsibility to run business. While you would appreciate that when you have a portal voucher for single occupancy , extra persons are chargeable at a rate of INR: 750 +taxes ( with breakfast ) . If the booking voucher is without a breakfast, hotel can't include a complimentary breakfast. We honour your booking voucher in all aspects, if you would have verified such inconvenience could have been avoided. However 2 children below 10 years without an extra bed sharing the same bed of parents is complimentary if you would have booked for a double occupancy. We have reviewed your feedback with a great deal of concern as getting such feedback is a definite deviation from our normal standards. Our all rooms are equipped with a DND( Do not disturb Signage & Clean My Room Signage ) In case of DND is on the room bell doesn't work at your room and non can disturb during this hours. Our concierge might not have brought this to your notice at the time of your rooming- in . I do regret the inconvenience caused in this regard and would like to assure you that steps have been initiated to ensure that there shall be no recurrence of such comments in future. How far is the tirupati tenple??
Hi it’s Two km from alipiri ie the entrance of ghat road from there we have to travel at least 45 min this is prescribed by Ttd officials so better start one hour before it’s a good choice to stay in Minerva and due to holidays Tirumala is flooded with people so it’s very difficult to get a room in Tirumala

Dear Sir, Hotel has a 12 noon check in .However on availability an early check in is acceptable . In case of a stay more than 23 hrs and extention less than 5 hrs are charged with a day use charge ie 50 % of published tariff excluding tax .

How far is it to walk from the hotel to the tirumala temple
Minerva Grand - Tirupati is close to Bus stand and Railway station . Walking to Tirumala you have 2 Options the first one is through Alipiri , it is 24 hours open for public take approximately 3.5 hrs and the second option is through Srivari metu 14 KM away and it takes only 1.5 hrs to climb up steps are not very steep. This route gets closed by 5 pm one has to reach at least by 3 pm to complete Darshan by 8 pm to return . Hotel can arrange A/C cabs on payment basis with advance confirmed booking or ricks and buses also available in front of the hotel

How far is it to walk from the hotel to the tirumala temple
Not sure whether you are aware of Tirumala/Tirupati. The temple of Lord Balaji is located on the hills of Tirumala. Tirupathi is the city at the foot hills, from where you begin your journey to the temple at Tirupati. This hotel is located in Tirupathi city near the bus stand. Either you can hire a taxi, take a bus and go to Tirupathi or if you want climb the hills by foot, there is a walk way and from the hotel it is about half an hour walk.
