The manager is flat out dishonest, so it gets one star irrespective of what I actually thought about the stay. On checkin he asked to see my Booking.com reservation, scrolling on my phone screen he asked “where is the pin“, then when I pointed it out he took a photo of the screen. I thought nothing of it (perhaps he needed it to verify my stay), until the next day when a perfect 10 review was left on booking.com but NOT from me, and in Arabic for which I can’t speak no less. That sort of behaviour doesn’t deserve business as dishonesty such as this is typically just the start.
