I have been going to the SHERATON TEL AVIV for at least ten years. Usually two to three times a year. I bring my family with me twice a year. I am a platinum Starwood member. That being said I can request early arrival and late check in. Which I did. We arrived around 1 pm.

As a valued Platinum member and a very returning guest of the Sheraton Tel Aviv, we are disappointed to learn that the quality of service at check in did not quite meet your expectations and would like to sincerely apologize that we did not meet your expectations on this occasion. Furthermore, we are truly sorry for the response of our Concierge, which is unacceptable. This is certainly not the professional and respectful manner towards guests that we expect from our associates. SPG/Marriott points used as payment for accommodation and food and beverage is a true reflection of our guests’ loyalty to our company and very much appreciated and valued. We are sorry that the suite did not meet your expectations. We are pleased to inform you that the hotel is commencing a refurbishment programme covering these rooms within this month. We are confident that the new style and design will meet your expectations. While we would like to once again apologize for the inconvenience you encountered, please do feel free to contact me directly when you are planning your next visit.
