Very nice and confortable flat with full facilities. Extremely well located with direct access to ACTV & Alilaguna transportation. Shops around to have breakfast and meals. Very quiet place.
We stayed one week and could fully visit Venise in a peaceful way.
We strongly recommend.

Outstanding Apartment in an Outstanding Location
This is the twelth visit to Venice for my wife and me. This is the first time in an apartment as we usually stay nearby in the excellent Palazzo Stern, However on this visit we are staying sixteen nights and we are delighted with the apartment. It is very comfortable and given the cold temperatures outside,lovely and warm. It is reached easily from the Calle up one flight of stairs. The place is nicely furnished in period, heavy gilt mirror, wall hangings carved wood coffee table and lovely buffet. The lounge has satellite TV and overlooks two neighbouring gardens. The kitchen is well equipped and has good quality crockery and cutlery. There is a washing machine in the kitchen, there is no dryer.
The bathroom is adequate. There is not a particularly strong water flow in the shower but that is a small point heavily outweighed by the positives. The bedroom is spacious with a comfortable bed. There are blackout curtains and the apartment is very quiet. The quietness, the curtains and the bed combine so we have been sleeping until 8 am which is unusual for us. There are two wardrobes with ample drawer space
The apartment was spotless upon arrival.
We love the Dorsoduro and the apartment is 200 m to the Ca Rezzonico vaporetto stop. 100 m in the opposite direction there is Campo San Barnaba which is a local neighbourhood Campo. There are two bars,Caffe Bar Ai Artisti immediately you enter the Campo and Al Pugni opposite the Pugni Bridge by the vegetable barge. Both cheap and cheerful and packed with locals. There are some very good restaurants down Calle Lunga San Barnaba, including Al Quattro Feri which specialises in seafood, Restaurant La Bitta which is meat only, Pane Vino e San Daniele and Al Profeto which does great pizza( not a Venetian dish mind you) Restaurant Oniga is at the entrance to the Calle. All are within a few hundred metres stroll. Slightly further away ( 500m) is Bar alla Toletta which serves the best tramazzini ( sandwiches) in Venice, This is on the walk to the Accademia Bridge. 400 m away on the same walk is the excellent Enoteca Ai Artisti, a little more expensive than the other restaurants mentioned but worth the extra.
Across the Pugni bridge on the way to Campo Santa Margherita is a small supermarket which has a superb delicatessen on the first floor. Opposite the supermarket is an artisanal gelato shop Gelateria I’ll Doge and you can see the proprietor mixing the gelato in the kitchen behind the counter.
There is also an artisanal glass blower You can watch him create while browsing. Next door is Casin dei Nobili where the owner makes superb masks! Next to Entoteca Ai Artisti is the showroom of Ca Macana, the workshop is nearby on.
Calle del Tragheto
So an outstanding comfortable warm Apartment with great bars ,restaurants and artisans making glassware,masks and gelato. You don’t need to go anywhere else in Venice. But of course you will and then return to your home away from home.
I believe we will be back!!

Superb in every way
The apartment is exactly as described, only better.It is in probably the best location for a couple interested in immersing themselves in Venice,but away from the toursit swarm .The living room window looks out over a garden at Ca Rezonnico.It is a half block from the vaparaetto stop with direct access to the airport.The apartment is immaculate, roomy,very well equipped and though within a stones thow of a busy square, serenely quiet.
We have stayed in many apartments in many places.THis one is a rare find..

Centrally located and quaint apartment
We stayed at the apartment on September 25-27, 2018. We were met by the apartment’s management staff and she walked us through the functionality and rules of the apartment. The apartment was clean, roomy, a modern kitchen and good WIFI. The view from the apartment looks into the neighbors quaint gardens. A short walk from the apartment is the Ca’ Rezzonico vaporetto stop, Campo San Barnaba, Campo San Margherita and Ponte dell’Accademia. I would recommend this apartment if you want to be centrally located to the sites of Venice.

Perfect apartment for a couple
This apartment is the 3rd we have used over the last 10 years, it is only a couple of hundred yards from the water bus stop, and even closer to the buzzing St Barnaba square. The apartment is exactly as described, but was wasn't mentioned is how quiet it is if the double glazing is closed, brilliant at night when the night life can be a bit noisy. The air con is very efficient so even though we had great weather temps in the high 20's the apartment was very comfortable for sleeping. Easy walking distance to great restaurants, and the Accademia is only 10 mins stroll away. Two great ice cream places close by as well, GROM just up the street and DOGE in Margareta square, both not to be missed! If you are looking for a small apartment for a couple away from the hype of St Marks Sq and all the crowds you can't do much better than trying out this place.

Beautiful flat in heart of Venice
Beautiful flat that mixes old with modern in the heart of Venice.
Flat very well equipped and comfortable with nice views of neighboring garden. 50 yards from Boat station on grand canal and 5 minutes walk from Campo Santa Margherita with numerous cafes and restaurants.

Great appartment,great city and great memories and times
Appartment was very comfortable with plenty of space for 2people .Very well positioned with lovely views over gardens from kitchen and bedroom.It was good to come back to air conditioned flat for a quick snooze after lunch so we could be refreshed for the evening ahead. Loved it!!

Great Location
A very comfortable and well equipped apartment within a few steps from the Ca'Rezzonico vapporetta stop and Campo San Barnaba. Campo San Margherita is also close by which has a lovely atmosphere, a few of trattorias on the Campo have live music of an evening.

L'appartement est à 2 pas de la Ca'Rezzonoco et de l'arrêt du vaporetto. Il est spacieux, confortable et agréable.
