Lamenta mucho el desafortunado comentario echo por la Señora Dani Z en la pagina de Tripadvisor que es un espacio muy importante a nivel mundial para consultas sobre viajes y hospedajes.
Al respecto tenemos que lamentablemente hacer publico por medio de este mismo espacio nuestro rechazo a la deliberada mala intención de la Señora Dani Z, de causar daño al bien ganado prestigio del Hotel Royal Bambu INN, en mi prestación de servicios de excelente calidad que corresponden a la tarifa que se cobra.
Estamos obligados a hacer publica la mala conducta de esta huésped a quien se le asigno una habitación triple con la condición de que ocupe una sola cama tamaño Queen, sin embargo ocupo las 3 camas, las 4 Toallas, lleno la habitación de arena y todo tipo de suciedad regada por el piso, con lo que concluyo que el mal estado de la habitación al cual la Señora Dani Z hace mension se debió al desorden y maltrato que ella dio a nuestro hospedaje en una sola noche que se hospedo.

In this regard we must unfortunately make public through this space our rejection of deliberate misconduct of the Lady Dani Z, causing damage to the well-earned prestige Bambu Hotel Royal Inn on my providing high quality services that correspond to the rate charged.
We are required to make public the misconduct of this guest who was assigned a triple with the condition that it includes only one queen size bed, but It holds 3 beds and 4 towels. We guarantee a clean room upon arrival but she filled the room with sand and water causing an extemley dirty floor. So I conclude that the poor condition of the room to which Mrs. Dani Z makes mension was due to disorder and abuse she gave our lodging in one night stayed.
