Just finished a weeks stay at this lovely apartment. It has everything toy could possibly need and is furnished and fitted out to a high standard.
The location is wonderful. It's peaceful and yet not far to walk to many bars and restaurants. Close to the beach (via steps) and has a lovely pool area and garden.
If you're looking for somewhere with a bar and a lively pool area with music, then it's not for you. For me and my partner it was perfect.
Alexis, the host was easy to communicate with after booking and he met us at the apartment when we arrived. We got to and from the airport by bus, which is cheap and easy.

SUNNY apartment Playa del ingles
It was a great apartment. Fabulous location gate just off the paseo. Small Quiet pool area. The apartment terrace doesn't get the sun at all! But the area just in front is a sun trap from about 12.30 - 6 ish and you can go and lie by the pool if you want. It's a bit tired eg although it had s brand new hop and cooker the kitchen units could do with renewing. There was a big of a damp smell when I arrived which persisted in the cupboards for the whole stay I think its just the wood has had its day and all the fitted units could do with a refurb. However once you get living in it and windows and doors open this quickly passes. If I was to give advice I'd say fit mosquito nets over the windows (cheap give me a net and a hammer and I'd do it for you) or put air con in ( for high summer). I would stay here again. The owner is lovely. It had pretty much everything I needed juicer, great oven and hob, kettle,toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, huge amounts of storage, all cleaning things. Towels for pool and beach as well as domestic towels. The wife is hit and miss and not available in every room in the apartment but it was no problem for me. Considering the location and the price this was real value for money.

Lovely apartment in lovely area.
Lovely ground floor apartment adjacent to pool. Apartment was spotless and very well equipped. Direct access to promenade with beach, sand dunes, shops, bars & restaurants within a few minutes walk. Would highly recommend. We really enjoyed our stay and hope to visit again. Alexis, our host is very friendly and offers convenient transport to and from the airport.

Excellent Apartment in Great Location
We stayed for a week in March and the owner Alexis was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very clean and well equipped withe everything we needed in a small complex with a shared pool. The apartment location is just off the promenade with some steps down to bars and restaurants and the beach. The Yumbo centre and Cita shopping centre are a short flat walk away.
Despite being so convenient, the apartment is very peaceful, particularly at night. Overall, we found it to be an excellent place to stay for 2 people and would highly recommend it.

Could not have been better we were picked up at the airport and taken to the apartment by Alexis sister a lovely lady the apartment was spotlessly clean the swimming pool was great heated to lovely quiet area will definitely be coming back to this apartment in the future for 2 people it is perfect

great small apartment with everything you need
This was on of the best vacation rentals I had throughout my experience. Location is excellent - you are literally 2 minutes from the beach. To infamous Yumbo center it's 5 minutes walk.
The apartment is on the ground floor, which is extremely handy as it has a nice terrace that goes directly to the pool area. The apartment is small: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a combined dining/living/kitchen area. But it has everything you need and if you are 2 this is extremely comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked and that was a great surprise as we could save a fortune of the restaurant bills, buying supply from a supermarket and cooking at home. Alexis is very nice person who maintains communication at any time, so you are really stay like at home.
I would definitely return, should I choose Gran Canaria for vacations again.

Location Location Location
The apartment is right beside the beach in Playa del Ingles and close to the spectacular Maspalomas Dunes. The views to both from the rear of the apartment block are unforgettable. Yet it is also close to many restaurants and shops.
Inside it is spotless and very well equipped plus there is really nice area to sit in for breakfast or a late evening drink. In fact we found a really good deli at he back of the Ronda-San Fernando shopping centre and took food back to heat up for lunch.
The apartment block is quite and we slept well. It has a pool.
Alexis , the owner , was very helpful. We really enjoyed our stay and have already booked to go back.

Apartment at Calle La Luna
The apartment was very well equipped, and spacious. Nicely positioned for beach and shops. Alexis was very friendly and welcoming.

La propiedad está en una ubicación inmejorable, en primera linea de una de las mejores playas del mundo. Justo delante está el paseo marítimo que recorre toda playa y zona de dunas. También muy cerca encontrarás gran variedad de restaurantes y zonas de oseo. La zona es muy tranquila tanto por el día como la noche, e igualmente segura.
Ofrecemos servicio de recogida desde el aeropuerto hasta el apartamento por tan solo 35€. Le recuerdo que hay 40km de distancia.
