Just as described, this lovely condo is perfect for a tranquil getaway. It's in great condition and decorated nicely, with a relaxed vibe and a very comfortable main living space. The master bedroom is spacious, air-conditioned and very private, with an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom is not so large but is perfectly adequate with a second bathroom just adjacent to it. We opened the louvered doors of the second bedroom at night to allow the air conditioning to enter the room, though we primarily relied on ceiling fans as it cooled down at night. The beds and bedding are in great shape and super comfortable! The owner was VERY responsive and pleasant from start to end, including when we contacted her for help with the wifi password after checking in. The Internet service and speed was EXCELLENT (a rare thing in this part of the country)! The large laundry room was great, and well- equipped with supplies left behind by others, so we left what we had bought behind for the next guests. The kitchen is beautiful, immaculate and outfitted with every gadget imaginable. We appreciated the cold water pitchers in the fridge! There was a good supply of non-perishable kitchen essentials; we paid it forward with a few too. The keyless entry was great - it made check-in a breeze and there were no worries about losing the key or exchanging it between couples; we could come and go as we pleased. The large patio with seating was nice. We may have used the patio more if we'd been able to get the outdoor ceiling fans to turn on but there was a nice breeze most of the time we were there and we spent much time in the pool or adventuring so it wasn't really a bother though we're sure it would have been remedied had we got around to reporting it. The pool is just a few steps away, from which one can enjoy the breeze and ocean view, or continue through the low gate onto a pristine beach. Walk south at sunrise to the mouth of the estuary and listen to the wildlife awaken as the tide shifts. Walk north to the point for a magical sunset over the tidepools. Las Brisas is a quiet and mellow little enclave of condos and the owners we met were all very pleasant and fun to chat with around the pool. Five stars across the board. We highly recommend it!
