One of the best Holidays in our life. The house is amazing. It has everything one needs and the best is the big terrace directly at the sea front side. Our dog could enjoy fishing (trying) all time without disturbing anyone. And we could enjoy nice breakfast outside in the mornings and dinners at night. The terrace has also a coach where to relax reading while you hear the nice sound of the sea. A paradise to enjoy calm, sun and sea. Wonderful for meditation.

I almost don't want to review this place in case it gets too booked up! I wanted the holidays I remember from my childhood, on Lanzarote in the 1970's and this didn't disappoint. The location is stunning and you can hear the sea all the time, you can swim/snorkle from the rocks outside the house and the village centre is a 5 min walk away. We had children with us and the place was perfect for them, the shower was particularly lovely and with it's different heights of nozzle was great for small children who don't like standing under one high shower. My only gripe is that it is already booked for when we want to come back!

Todo ha estado fenomenal, la casa muy bonita con unas vistas preciosas junto al mar, volveremos sin duda.

It was a nice surprise this place, the appartament is very next to the sea and is very big and well furnishing. It was pity to stay only two days.

Que podría resaltar de esta casa.....es ideal. La ubicación casi al borde del mar, cerca de supermercados y de todo en general. Una terraza magnífica en la que puedes disfrutar del sol hasta última hora de la tarde y de unas noches increíblemente estrelladas, escuchando en todo momento el sonido del mar. Tiene zonas que ya han sido reformadas que han quedado fantásticas, como el baño y el salón. Yo solo tengo opiniones buenas. Disfrute de unos días maravillosos, me sentí como en casa, estuvimos súper cómodos y volveré en cuanto pueda. Querría agradecerle a Jesús por alquilarnos un alojamiento tan estupendo en un lugar tan maravilloso y único. Y a Maria por ser tan atenta y cordial.

El apartamento es muy tranquilo. Está situado casi en uno de los extremos del pueblo de Caleta de Sebo. Destaco que tienes el mar justo enfrente de la puerta de entrada. Con vista directa al mar y a la costa de Lanzarote. Está bastante cerca del muelle y de supermercados. También hay disponibles taxis. En la cocina hay todo tipo de electrodomésticos y utensilios si se quiere preparar comida. A destacar la nevera que es de las de tamaño "normal" en un hogar, no de esas pequeñitas que suele haber en los apartamentos. Así que cabe de todo. Y también a destacar la luz que hay durante el día. Parece que esté la luz encendida pero no, es luz natural. La sala de estar tiene un sofá tipo "chaise longue" muy grande y cómodo. Y la tele es de pantalla grande. Perfecto para ver las noticias al final del día ;-) Hay dos habitaciones. Una con literas (4 camas) y otra con cama de matrimonio. Cada habitación con su ropero. Todo muy bien equipado de edredones, mantas, etc. El baño es por lo que le doy la votación de excelente, y más en concreto: la ducha. También hay una luminosidad increíble. La decoración del apartamento en general está muy cuidada con motivos marinos propios de la zona. Es un apartamento perfecto para pasar unos días de vacaciones muy tranquilos y cómodos.

The title says it all. Not only is "Sea front 1 Linea" a beautiful property in a perfect location, the island of La Graciosa also really does take some beating. For a perfect chilled out and relaxed holiday away from the cares and pressures of life today this is the ideal choice. We will be returning. If you want shops, clubs, bars, entertainment etc etc then forget it; it is not for you. If you want peace and tranquility and the opportunity to relax on a very beautiful, though somewhat barren island, this is what you are looking for. The property is fully modernised, well maintained and spotlessly clean with everything you could possibly need. Situated at the waters edge it can be difficult to drag yourself away even to go for a walk or a meal. We are just grateful that the owner makes this available for others to share. Thank you.

We had a lovely time on La Graciosa. Everything worked out perfectly - we loved the house and were so happy by the ocean watching the movement of the tides and the changing light on the mountains. We cycled and walked everywhere - it was easy and relaxed. The swimmable beaches are within walking/cycling distance and the wilder beaches are within hiking or cycling distance. Food shops, restaurants & bike hire are all within easy walking distance. It was lovely renting somewhere without lists of do's & do nots ...but that might because we were one of the first guests! It was also wonderful to be somewhere where boats, wheel barrows and a few landrovers were the main means of transport. We will be going back as soon as we can.
