Beautiful house and perfect location for visiting the lakes. Highly recommended.
The house is very modern with good sized bedrooms and nice sitting and dining areas. Excellent location for accessing the national park without having to go through the main entrances. Room outside to sit and BBQ. The owners could not have been more helpful in recommending the best park routes plus local supermarkets, restaurants etc. We are not hardened walkers but loved our stay.

Wonderful home in idyllic surroundings
If I could give 6 stars I would!
Our group of 5 had an amazing time staying at Anemona House. Nevena is a fabulous, friendly host who is passionate about sharing her piece of paradise and has thought of absolutely everything to make your stay unforgettable, including torches to light our way to a nearby restaurant ( which was excellent), raincoats, which we didnt need, and a very much appreciated welcome pack of fresh fruit, biscuits and chocolates.
The house is beautiful - modern, clean and large with a very comfortable lounge room, separate dining and the most wonderful, airy bedrooms. We really appreciated the washing machine and outside clothes lines.
Anemona House is perfectly located - we walked to one of the entrances to the lakes and spent the day ( and 30,000 steps!) exploring this magical place. Its impossible to describe how beautiful it is, you just have to see for yourself!
Nevena provided great directions to the house and suggested we stop at a local supermarket on our way to stock up with some breaky and lunch things.
Our few days here were a highlight for all of us. Thankyou Nevena for making it so special

One of the best stays ever!!
Nevena’s place is an absolute treasure! She was very communicative right from the time of booking and kept sending me helpful messages throughout. The house was the highlight of our 14 day trip across Croatia. It had all the facilities you could ask for in a house and had innumerable personal touches everywhere. There is a large backyard where we spent few hours playing badminton/throwball and a beautiful barbecue place on the side with seating. The nearness to Plitvice lakes is an advantage ... it’s jusy walkable distance. We could’ve stayed just in the house too :))

Mooi huis op perfecte locatie
Mooi huis op perfecte locatie om de Plitvice meren te bezoeken.
Warm welkom van Nevena en haar man. Zij gaf ons goede tips/route om het park te bezoeken, hierdoor hebben wij het bezoek aan het park (in de drukste maand van het jaar ) als redelijk relax ervaren.
De dag na het bezoek zijn wij naar het uitzichtpunt op de grote waterval gelopen. (vanuit het huis de weg aflopen , tot aan de t-splitsing dan rechts en achter het houten bruggetje rechter pad inlopen). Adembenemend uitzicht, de mooiste foto genomen van heel het park.
Tip: zorg dat je vooraf je boodschappen doet. in de buurt enkel kleine supermarkten, wel restaurants aanwezig.

Wonderful country house close to the park
The Anemona house is a very special find for us. Beautifully appointed, well-equipped, not a thing is missing for a multi-day stay near the Plitvice Lakes National Park. The location is amazing - the viewpoints for teh big waterfall is very close and you can walk to P3 to access the boat. The owner Nevena gave us excellent advice for visiting the park and spoiled us with fruit, cookies and other goodies. Very appreciated!

Sabor a hogar en un entorno natural maravilloso
Los dueños fueron encantadores y muy dispuestos. La casa sin ser la octava maravilla era muy acogedora y tenía sabor a hogar. Un enorme sillón, una gran televisión, estupenda barbacoa y jardín. Todo limpio y con todo lo que necesitas . Lo mejor el entorno, en plena naturaleza y dentro del parque. A tan sólo 10 minutos andando te encuentras con una gran catarata. Mis mejores momentos fueron cuando salí a desayunar al jardín y me encontré ardillas jugando y un zorro que pasaba por delante de la puerta del jardín y cuando fotografiábamos el majestuoso cielo estrellado que puedes observar desde el jardín.
Puedes ir a ver los lagos de Plivitce andando sin necesidad del coche.
Recomendable totalmente.

FEEL LIKE HOME
It was a very comfortable house and the owners were very friendly. We had a very pleasant stay there. The house was fully equipped with all the necessary accessories. We also enjoyed a welcome gift.
The house is within Plitvice Park which allows access to the park privileged.

Wonderful position
We were 6 friends and we stayed in Anemona House for 2 nights. The position was excellent, 15-20 minutes by foot from entrance to Plitvice Lakes, it's among the wood, sorrounded by green trees, frogs and sheeps: magic and peacefull. Simply wonderful! Nevena is very kind, she answered quickly to all questions and doubts, she and her husband gave us a lot of information how to reach lakes, points of view and restaurants. The house is very clean, well furnished and comfortable. We absolutely recommend it.
