My friend and I found this property last minute due to unexpected changes in our trip plans. We both could not stop talking about how perfect this rental was. The location is close to so many restaurants and the owners were such great host. They helped make our stay a little more relaxed by providing us so much information about things to do on our vacation, even with personal reviews! My friends and family could not believe the beach was our backyard! The resort is quiet , the beach is peaceful, and I will never forget the amazing views. We even got to see a wedding take place directly behind the rental, we watched from our balcony and everyone cheered for them at the end. This place was exactly what I pictured an island vacation would be like ❤️ You won’t be disappointed! I will definitely be back next year with my whole family!

Was contacted after the trip about possible damage to a coffee table. Appeared to be water damage that was not left by my wife or I. I disputed this with property owner and then was accused of smoking in the unit. When I informed property owner that neither my wife nor I smoked in the condo (there was no smoke odor or damage) property owner said they had video of me. At this point things became unacceptable. Never was it made aware to my wife or I that we would be recorded on video within the condo. This violates my rights and I am working with a lawyer on the matter. Horrible experience with the property owners and was never refunded the extra charges by VRBO and no follow up was ever provided when I disputed the claim.

The condo was exactly as described, the location was great and the communication and informative information we received from Michelle was second to none, this will be the only vrbo we will be using for any future trips to St.Thomas.

We absolutely loved staying at Michelle and John's property on Sapphire Beach Resort. This was our first stay, it will not be our last stay. We really think building B is the best building, you are far enough away from the bar and grill and public areas for it to be quiet but close enough for a short walk over to beach and beverages when you are ready. The condo is just as the pictures represent, everything was as advertised. The king bed slept well and the shower had plenty of pressure. We did not have any rolling blackouts to contend with but we didn't go during the peak of summer either. Really great wifi provided also. I have t-mobile service and I had no problems with reception most places we went and in the condo I had great reception. We did not rent a car, we did take some cabs to red hook to get some groceries and eat at a few restaurants. We ate at Agave, which was very good, highly recommend. We had nachos and drinks at Duffy's love shack and it was also good. Senor Pizza was pretty good, we took a cab in to get groceries at MO's the evening we arrived and then grabbed the pizza to go, after a long day of traveling it was easy and provided some left overs for later. We spent out last night at Sudi's up the hill from the resort, it was a bar and grill by the pool and we enjoyed the drinks and food. I would recommend a cab ride to red hook to take the ferry over to St. John Island. We visited the brewery and the Beaches in the National Park. It was lovely and well worth the trip over. We waited until noon to head over to the island, I would leave earlier if I were to do it again. We also took at cab to Charlotte Amalie (like Emily with an A) to visit some local breweries. The cruise ships were not on island so many of the shops were closed but there were still some nice options to buy souvenirs. Getting a cab was never a problem, they are everywhere, but if you find a driver you like ask for their card so they can provide you more rides. I hope this helps anyone thinking of visiting St. Thomas. We have traveled many places in the Caribbean and this was one of our favorites. Thank you Michelle and John for sharing your condo with us.

My boyfriend and I were looking for a relaxing yet active vacation experience and we found it here! The location of the condo is literally on the beach and being on the second floor you have a perfect view of Sapphire beach. Sapphire beach resort is secluded and was not very busy. This created a quiet relaxing place to enjoy the water, sand and sun. Plenty of snorkeling equipment was provided in the room for no extra cost. We walked down and did a morning snorkel. You really can’t beat the location. It was so nice to do it on our time rather than with a group and pay to travel to the location. Plus there is plenty of coral and fish to see. We even saw a squid! This is a great place to stay if you are looking to stay in one spot because almost everything you need is there from a restaurant, a beach bar and small sundries store. For other things Red Hook is a short cab ride away. I would recommend renting a car if you are planning to go from location to location throughout the day to save on cab fees as they are a cost per person per trip. So with 4 people that adds up quick. Lastly, John & Michelle (owners) are very experienced with vacation life on the island and have a book with great recommendations and tips and tricks for the ultimate experience. Inside the room was clean and the kitchen has been recently renovated so making dinner in the condo was a pleasant experience. Cannot say enough about it! We are already thinking about our next trip here.

Our stay in B-206 was nothing short of amazing! The owners have everything there that you could possibly need while on vacation, the Tommy Bahama chairs were a nice touch ! We did not have those in the last unit we stayed in back in October!! Amazing views, building B is the best one in my opinion!! We will definitely be back

We had a great time at the condo. The accommodations were just perfect: clean, well-appointed, and had everything we needed. The location couldn't have been better. The view and extremely easy access to a spectacular beach exceeded our expectations. It was, essentially, a perfect vacation.
