Great condo! Very Clean and peaceful.
Amazing condo! very clean, great condition, big room. Beautiful view of the ocean and sunrise. It’s on. Quiet side of Cancún which I love. Have everything you need for a little kitchen I.e. microwave, refrigerator, stove, pan n pots, kettle pot, and a complimentary coffee and tea! Bathroom is great!!! Easy access to the beach and pool they have one restaurant on the pool we did not try it. Not sure if it is good or bad. The only thing that did not go right for me was getting there I googled the address and used wazed and still end up at the wrong place. I called the number but he can only speak Spanish which is not his fault I was not fluent in Spanish. It was harder to communicate. If they would have just said Cancún Condo Plaza it would have been easier. It maybe they could not call it that way they might get in trouble. That’s the one thing they need to improve on. I found this big gate and ask if this is the place they said yes. They had to call the owner of the room and check our name if we are registered Once we are able to get through the gate. We met her down at the parking lot and she escorted us to the condo unit. Checking in was a little tough. I don’t speak Spanish and the lady could not speak much English she’s very resourceful though she used Google Translate. I got caught off guard that I need to give her a $100USD deposit which it did say on the email I received. I only have 1K peso and she accepted it. Lastly Tv does. It have signal. All in all it was great!

Terrible expirience: thrown out from a confirmed booking!
I have boooked a room through a booking portal and found out after arrival, that there were 45 USD (and 100 USD deposit!) additional fees, which were not given in the room price but hidden in the small print. So the price rose from 75 USD to 120!
I complained about the situation but acccepted the price, since it really was listed in the confirmation. However, I was baffled after the host refused to rent me the room, even though I have accepted the additional costs! She threw me out at 6 in the evening without a room! She said it was beacuse she suspected that i might write a bad review! (There you go!)
To add insult to injury, she demanded that I vacate the parking spot immideately, even though I was searching for an alternative hotel!
Please avoid this place at all costs, the owner is really ruthless!
