Lovely, serene, and clean. Feel at home when away from home, with staff to meet all your needs. From our 86-year-old family member, to our four month old baby, and kids and adults in between, every single person had a great time. There are not many properties that can boast this level of service and comfort, with fun and happiness at your fingertips.

Have nothing bad to say about this place. Everything was perfect! Definitely coming back. The location was exactly what we wanted and the staff was awesome.

This was an amazing house and neighborhood! Ivonne is the best house manager we’ve ever had the opportunity to have host us! They don’t miss a beat! We will definitely be back!!!

The House, the property, our experience, all of the staff and our entire vacation was: “the vacation of a lifetime”. Such a wonderful, wonderful, wonderful time we had! Right now, You’re probably looking at all different Houses to rent in Mexico, but please, STOP what you are doing and RENT THIS HOUSE! You will NOT be disappointed! The House is gorgeous, excellent condition, beautifully furnished, immaculate in every corner. House in a perfect location, 50 steps to the beach (even better than being right on the beach I think), and you can see the beach & ocean from pool, driveway, and 2 upstairs bedrooms. It’s just a short 10-minute walk to town, which has everything you need. It’s in a very secure, private and inviting gated community in Playa Del Carmen. Ivonne - the house manager was fabulous, she is such a kind and friendly woman. She was there to greet us upon arrival, answered All our questions immediately before/ during/ after our stay, was there anytime we needed her. She set up transportation to and from Airport and adventures, COVID tests at the house for Us, and even came to say good bye and waive to us as we sadly left… Mirna - the House maid was there every single day, (expect Sundays), to clean the entire house for us, do the dishes, do our laundry, and even changed the bed sheets every other day on All beds! She is so sweet and we loved having her there with us (she’s included with the house so nice!). Fele - the maintenance and pool manager was also so wonderful, kind, and nice. He always had a smile on his face. He helped us with our luggage, cleaned the pool and property every single day, and even got a ladder out one day to cut down coconuts for my little nephew. So nice!! The House overall will absolutely not disappoint, it’s gorgeous!! 4 beautiful master bedrooms, each with their own private bathroom, plus an additional bathroom off the pool/ dining room area. 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms. Large open kitchen, dining room, and living room. Everyone was so comfortable! Chefs/ Cooks - “The Maria’s” even came and cooked for us 2 nights when we were there and their service and food was 5-starts. Well worth it for awesome food and dining in is nice. Thank you to Curt (owner), Ivonne, Fele, Mirna, and the Maria’s for making Us feel so at home and for making our vacation absolutely PERFECT! Now go RENT IT!

Within seconds of arriving at Casa Blanca, I had a margarita in my hand. I knew it was going to be a good week in Mexico. We ate an incredible feast prepared by Los Marias the night we arrived and it was the best meal (by far) that we had during our stay. The house itself is beautiful and comfortable for lots of people. We had 3 couples and 3 kids ages 2-8 and we all had plenty of space. The house was spotless and the housekeepers kept the floors and kitchen spotless. The pool was meticulously cared for by Fili. I loved chatting with him in the mornings and he even went on a beer run for me! The staff was incredible. Ivonne, the house manager was in communication weeks before our trip helping us sort out transportation for a trip to Tulum, getting groceries and answering any questions I had. I joked with my family that I would keep texting her questions even after our trip ended! :D She checked in everyday to see if we needed anything and made the trip flawless. The location of the house is perfect. 5 min to Starbucks, 20 min to Walmart, but you feel like you're away from it all. The neighborhood is gorgeous and well maintained. The proximity to the beach is amazing. Unfortunately, we didn't spend much time at the beach because it was covered in sargassum. Ivonne found a beach in Tulum that was clean and arranged a van for us. We had an amazing experience and I highly recommend visiting Casa Blanca!

Casa Blanca is a lovely house, and was perfect for four adults and two kids. It's located a block from the beach access, a short walk to 5th Avenue, and in a safe and secure neighborhood. I wasn't sure about having a housekeeper around, but it was absolutely fabulous. We hardly noticed she was in the house except for everything magically being neat, super clean, and tidy. Ivonne of course was super helpful, checked in to make sure everything was going well, and had great recommendations for restaurants, etc. She even arranged Mariachis come and play for us while the two Marias cooked a delicious dinner. I hope we can come back, and highly recommend the house to anyone visiting Playa del Carmen.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Casa Blanca! The house was perfect for our mother/daughter group with plenty of space for our group of six. The set up of the bedrooms offers a lotof privacy. We had a delicious dinner cooked for us our first night there - what a treat after a long day of travel! Ivonne the house manager is the BEST. She checked on us frequently, was incredibly responsive, had wonderful dinner recommendations. She took care of pre-grocery shopping, excursions, and even gave our teenagers a ride home after running into her at breakfast one morning. Mirna the housekeeper was lovely and kept the house spotless. Fili was a delight! Always a smile on his face, got us ice at a moments notice and picked up lunch for us when we were too lazy to leave the pool. The location is very walkable to town and when we wanted to get a cab they were plentiful by the hotel. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Thank you for an amazing vacation!

Our family had a great week for spring break.

We celebrated our 40th wedding anniversary with family in Playa Del Carmen. Casa Blanca was the perfect house for us! It was just as described and the location was wonderful….close to the beach, 5th Avenue and other shopping areas and restaurants. Myrna and Fili were so nice to us and kept the house and pool looking great all week. Ivonne was awesome to work with. She bought groceries, scheduled transportation, made arrangements for COVID testing and other tasks too numerous to mention. Most importantly, she was very efficient, friendly and accommodating. She communicated with us every day to make sure all was going well. She always had a smile on her face and made us feel very welcome. We also had “The Marias” cook a traditional Mexican meal one evening and we all agreed it was the best meal we had all week. They were lovely ladies. It was a wonderful week and we made great memories as a family. The staff at Casa Blanca helped in making it very relaxing and enjoyable for all of us. We would enjoy staying at Casa Blanca again!

This house is very spacious, modern, and lovely! Steps away from the beach and we enjoyed the pool every day. The house manager, Ivonne, was very helpful with check in and property-related needs. She was also a great resource for questions about Playa del Carmen, arranging grocery delivery, covid tests, etc.! Neighborhood is nice and walkable to the ferry port and main drag of activity.
