Nice condo, nice pool, nice staff, attentive owner.

We were absolutely amazed with this property, excited all of our expectations. From the moment I reserved my stay up until the last day ana maria and Lillian the concierge were so helpful. Easy to reach and just on top of it 👌 if I could rate this 10 stars I would. (Great location)

This was my first time using vrbo. The host Ana was wonderful, great communications, accurate description. Property was beautiful. And our concierge Lilian was amazing, she catered to our every need. Found us an amazing snorkeling tour, helped with covid testing, restaurant recommends, transportation and groceries. The property was so beautiful.

The Elements is close to everything and their private beach area is well maintained and comfortable. Water was easy for swimming. The condo was really nice and beds were comfortable. It was easy to get to Walmart for grocery shopping and fill the fridge for breakfast and lunch. Lilian was excellent - we were missing a bag and she took care of everything to get it delivered the next morning. She organized an awesome private sonota tour and snorkeling. Well done and appreciated.

We were very lucky to find this property after another property in Playa cancelled our reservation. The building is in a great location close to 5th Avenue, amazing restaurants and shops, and right on the beach. The apartment was 2 levels and spacious enough for 2 families with 3 kids. The top deck had a small warm plunging pool/tub. Both decks had views of the pool area and the beach. The pool and the hot tub were great. The beach area is private with a full service bar, beach volleyball, and an area for massage which we got to enjoy. Jorge, one of the beach staff, was very helpful and always greeted us with a smile. Lilian the property manager was very accommodating and hospitable. We had welcoming cold beers and she checked on us a few times during our stay. She also gave excellent recommendations for activities. Both Lilian and the the owner, Ana Maria, were prompt on their response and great at communicating. We felt very safe. We had an wonderful experience and can’t wait to go back.

Ana's unit has all the right accommodations. It's a perfect place to spend time with a group because it has so many comfortable areas to gather. The location seemed to be a little bit outside the main tourist area of Playa but everything was easily accessible in walking distance. There is a beautiful restaurant row nearby on 38th that shouldn't be missed. The pool area of the condo was really nice and protected from winds which were strong when we were there. The beach area is OK but, unfortunately, Playa is plagued yet again with the Sargassum issue which can create some noxious fumes on a windy day. Lilian and Ana were both wonderful to work with - willing to help with any concerns we had with our travel plans and especially given the potential of COVID complications. Lilian was also extremely helpful in getting groceries delivered on our first day and arranging travel for us to and from the airport. We would strongly recommend this condo to families or groups who are looking for a slightly more urban experience in the Mayan Riviera.

Highly recommend! Property manager and staff were all very helpful. Beautiful property, great location, beach access and pool were fantastic. Will certainly look to stay here again when back in Playa del Carmen.

We loved our stay in PH 8, The Elements. The condo was spacious and as advertised. Although we wanted a quiet family vacation, Lilian, our concierge was quick to respond when we contacted her. Especially liked Jorge, who opened the gates each time we went to the private beach. He always had a smile.

Our first time to PDC. The Elements PH8 was fabulous for our family of 4 - two teenage boys had a blast - 5 minute walk to 5 Avenida where there are plenty of restaurants, stores, and activity! The private beach is fabulous and Eduardo, the bartender at the beach club, is the best. The boys loved the fitness center on site as well. The PH is so spacious and love that there are 2 balconies and a large great room off the kitchen. We didn't want to leave! Ana Maria is a great host and Lilian an amazing concierge as well - provided us with everything we needed before and during our stay. Can't wait to go back!

Easy check-in process, great communication before and during stay, and fantastic space with great restaurants within walking distance.
