We had a wonderful stay at Xaman Ha 7118 and were very pleased with our experience. The place was clean, spacious, and had an amazing view. Our family especially enjoyed the rooftop patio in the evenings with an incredible view of the ocean. I appreciated that it was on the edge of playacar and had quick access to both Quinta Ave. and the ferry. We rented a car for excursions, and it was nice being able to access the main roads without getting caught in gnarly downtown traffic (I recommend the road S. of the airport - C. 7 diag as an easy enter/exit option). The host provided excellent and helpful instructions and recommendations. The complex and pool were well-maintained. In fact, our section of beach looked a lot better than that of the major resort just beside us. The ruins and accompanying trail a block away make for an enjoyable walk. I found Playacar (fase 1 and 2) and quinta ave both quite runner-friendly. I highly recommend this property!

Absolutely perfect, very nice place in a great location. Everything about the stay was wonderful, the host was proactive and a great help.

We stayed here with our 4 teen girls; three bedrooms & 3 showers were perfect size. Spacious rooms, even tho it felt smaller at first than we expected. Kitchen was well-appointed. Washer- dryer great. Awesome to have outdoor space on rooftop! Cleaning team came thru for floors and trash, made beds & refreshed bath towels every day. Beach/pool towels are thick and soft, but heavy! Easy walk to shops and night life, as well as pretty neighborhood streets. Easy access to transport for Cozumel ferry, busses to ruins and other sights. Grocery is an easy taxi ride, or a 20 minute or so walk thru neighborhood. Communication with host was immediate & positive.

This condo was absolutely amazing! The balcony did not disappoint, and we had plenty of space with 6 girls. The staff is always so friendly, and housekeeping was fantastic. We would definitely rent this unit again next year.

Property was just as the pictures portrayed. Alma did a great job cleaning the condo. Everything was in working order. We would stay here again.

This was our 4th visit to Xaman Ha. We have found it is the perfect location. Far enough from the busy beaches in Playa but close enough to walk to shops, bars and restaurants. Marcia was great to work with. Her communication was great and always responded to questions promptly. Don’t hesitate to book with Marcia. You will enjoy your stay

The property was perfectly located and we thoroughly enjoyed the neighborhood, deck, beach, and pool and meeting several of the owners and people who have been returning for decades. The swim up bar was a perfect touch and Robin, the bartender, was a lot of fun. Shirley, Claudia, Ana and the staff at the condo were communicative and helped us plan really fun adventures. We hope to return soon!

Great place and location

Xaman-ha is a great condo complex located in a very desirable location.. The entire facility met our expectations and the condo we rented was clean and comfortable. Our family of 6 had a great time, especially in the pool area and on our private deck overlooking the gulf. Coconuts bar was fun, especially the bartender Robin, and the prices were very reasonable. Will definitely come back.
