Conflicted with regards how to rate this villa, for every positive which there are many, there’s also some negatives. This is one of the best equipped villas we have stopped in on the island. However be aware that even though pictures show a 2 storey house the rental has no access to the upper floor or balconies (this is locked off) and towards the end of our stay I was starting to feel a little claustrophobic/enclosed, the rest of the photos are fully representative of the property. The pool is very cold even in August and the surrounding area is walled and very private, There is only access down to the 3rd bedroom and en-suite, via a door (which doesn’t have a handle on the inside and therefore can only be closed if locked),from the outside kitchen, and when closed causes the wind to howl. We therefore didn’t use this room for anything other than an extra shower room. Have previously stopped in Costa Teguise, Playa Blanca and surrounding areas x4, tahiche and nazaret, I would say this location is extremely central to all areas of the island basically 20/30 minutes drive to any of the attractions/resorts on the island, it should be noted however that as the villa is in a rural village/town there are a lot of dogs and cockerel noise throughout the night and early mornings. We never met Eva the hostess personally but she is very friendly accommodating and answered any queries and gave recommendations within a few minutes via watsapp

The house is really large and comfortable. The decoration is modern. It's centrally located on the island and we could reach all visiting points quickly. A good free wifi connection. Disadvantages: The pool is small and cold since it is not heated and not covered (we did not use it). There are only 2 deckchairs for 6 people. Many dogs barking in the neighborhood during the day and even a little during the night.

Hemos pasado unas vacaciones muy buenas, la casa es espaciosa, cómoda y muy confortable. Está cerca de todos los puntos de interés de Lanzarote. Un trato muy bueno por parte de los propietarios, atento a todo lo que nos pudiera hacer falta. Sin duda repetiríamos en esta estancia si volviéramos a Lanzarote. Dar las gracias a los dueños por su hospitalidad.
