My family recently stayed in the house for my wedding. The owner was very helpful and accommodating! My family enjoyed staying there!

De woning beschikt over mooie buitenvoorzieningen incl. zwembad maar is matig tot slecht onderhouden. De keuken is ronduit smerig, niet voorzien van voldoende hulpmiddelen en geen oven. Warm water is alleen beschikbaar op het warmst van de dag. Een warme douche in de ochtend of avond zit er niet in. Het sanitair is in de kleinste slaapkamer slecht en in de grotere kamers matig. De internetverbinding is heel traag zodat slechts met veel tijd en geduld de krant kan worden gedownload. Het bekijken van een programma op bijv. Uitzending gemist is hierdoor uitgesloten. Het strand bevindt zich op minimaal 1 km afstand van de woning. Het park waarin de woning staat ligt ver verwijderd van enig vertier. In het park zelf zijn twee restaurants die een behoorlijke kwaliteit bieden. Onze aankomst was niet goed voorbereid. Er was geen water en de gaspitten in de keuken werkten niet. De woning vertoont alle kenmerken van het park en de directe omgeving: een gebied in verval. Geen aanrader voor mensen die prijs stellen op enige mate van orde en netheid en graag dichtbij het strand willen zitten.

What more could you ask for in a villa? Nothing at all it's all there for you. The coolest thing was renting the villa and the truck in one package. They(staff) pick you up from the airport and sort you out within the hour. The villa is neat and clean and convenient to everything you are interested in doing on your vacation. I stayed with my fiancée and we got a chance to get closer than we ever got. We woke up to a beautiful setting and would swim a few hrs a day. The kitchen is large enough to prepare romantic dinners. We went out a lot but when we just wanted to stay in and relax we watched movies on the huge flat screen tv and listened/danced to music on our computers. We are definitely getting married and this villa and it's setting plays a part in it as well. Thank You so much for a great place to stay and play!!! We look forward to staying again soon. Oh yes Julian took me to the airport at the end of my stay. I had no problems and it made my planning less of a problem. Thank You. Less Stress means everything!!!

I can only say that I enjoyed everything about the villa and it's location. It felt more like home than a rental property. Daniel and his staff were very accommodating and professional in resovlving any issues. Though mines were a bit minuscule in retrospect; they were addressed promptly. (I misunderstood gas for gasoline and needed access to the clothes washer) So obviously I opted in and rented the vehicle also. It's realible and runs well; it's large and feels secure. I ventured to Santo Domingo for a weekend to celebrate my birthday, as well as Juan dolio beach, Santiago and. Imbert. The jacuzzi was my favorite and I used it as much as I could. The TV is bigger than it appears in the photo and has a decent picture.To sum it up, I enjoyed my 12 day stay. I would recommend it to a friend. I have visited The Domincan Republic about 15-20 times prior and this one is memorable too. Hopefully I can make it back soon than later. -El Barba

We have stayed in this Villa on two ocassions now both in Febraury 2010 and we returned again for our second stay in January 2013. That says it all really!! This is a real gem of a place and represents excellent value for money. The villa is very clean and comfortable, spacious and well equipped, with everything you will need, including WIFI. The villa is set in its own tropical garden, with a good sized pool and seperate jacuzzi. It is completly private and is so peaceful and being in a gated community it is very safe! We enjoyed many lazy days and evenings enjoying the pool and garden and enjoyed seeing the tropical wildlife the garden attracts such as the brightly coloured butterflys, humming birds, lizards, frogs etc The villa is a short walk away from the beach and there you can find a beach bar/restaurant spa style retreat, where we enjoyed a few quiet relaxing drinks on an evening, listening to the sound of the waves on the beach. There is a little corner shop 2 minutes walk from the villa selling milk, coffee, sugar, beer, bread etc and there are bigger supermarkets in the resorts. To venture further a field you can easily drive in or make a short taxi ride to Cabarete or Sousse, as the villa is between the two resorts where you can access a wide range of tourist facilities and night life. Finally the Villa's host Julian (the owner's father in law) and his family gave us a warm welcome and are so helpful.They will do all they can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Daniel, the owner of the villa, is a pleasure to deal with before and after booking with him. He explains everything easily and is keen to make sure that you have a great stay in his Villa. This Villa caters well for those who want to be completely self sufficient and also for those that would like additional services provided such as cooking, cleaning, personal driver to take you out on day trips etc Just let Daniel know in advance as to exactly what you are looking for and he will make sure that is what you get. The Villa is ideal for all age groups, couple's and families. Thankyou Daniel, Julian and family for letting us stay in your lovely family Villa and we hope to come back again soon :)

We spent one week in this villa in Perla Marina between Sosua and Cabarete and we had a great time with all confort needed. Villa is located in a very secure and quite area. We highly recommand this villa for family or for friends who want to enjoy the nice town of Cabarete.

We discovered in May 2012 this beautiful villa just 10 minutes drive from Cabaret in a quiet, secure and relaxing location.You are greeted at the airport by friends and family of the owner, and brought promptly in 20 minutes by car to the villa, as well as the return ,so no stress for organizing these trips.There, everything is perfect, clean, with for each room his bathroom. The garden is beautiful, maintained regularly as the pool and jacuzzi, feeling in paradise protected, .All is made to be able to disconnect, relax and rejuvenate.A special mention for those pleasant and friendly caretakers of the villa, the great 4x4 that you can rent directly to the villa's owner, and the American fridge for the crushed ice for cocktails. We are surfers and have already traveled the world in search of new spots, and we found this place ideally situated, since everything is to satisfy all cravings: - 10 minutes by car, you are at the edge of a magnificent lagoon for swimming or practicing kite surfing; - 5 minutes by car, you're on the great surf spot of Eccuentro - 200 meters from the villa, you also have a beautiful beach with good waves to throw you in,with also a good restaurant in Natura Cabana Hôtel In conclusion, a unique place with an excellent quality / price ratio for relax, rejuvenate while enjoying all the possible activities offered by the sea. We believe take a lifetime subscription.

We (me, my pregnant wife and 21 month old baby) very lucky to have stumbled across this villa posting when we made a sudden plan to go to the Dom Rep for a week's vacation. I was afraid that I was taking chances choosing something hastily. On the contrary, we could not have asked for anything better. The villa is very large, with all possible amenities that you could think of (including a toddler bed, baby car seat, phone, internet etc). For those who want to get the local catch and cook it at home, the villa has a large kitchen with all necessary utensils. It has a beautiful garden, and a pretty private outdoor pool and jacuzzi. It is set in a gated community with a lot of security. The Dominican family who take care of the villa are very nice and friendly. I would like to especially recommend Herminio, who was very charming, drove us for sightseeing to several diffferent places, and fortunately, spoke excellent English. Although we never met the owner, it was a real pleasure dealing with him. We are definitely going to go back and stay at the same place again, and strongly recommend it for anyone who plans to go there. Having a safe, well equipped place to stay in a foreign country takes out over half the concerns during a vacation, especially for families.

Staying in this beautiful villa was wonderful. The beautiful garden, the nice private pool and the huge jacuzzi all made staying here a pleasure. The nice Dominican family that takes care of the house is kind and helpful. We more than warmly recommend this villa.

Tres belle location dans un environnement calme avec un jardin paysage magnifique. La plage toute proche est tres agreable et quasiment deserte. La psicine est magnifique et la location est tres bien equipee. Bref nous avons passe un tres bon sejour et je recommande vivement cette location.
