Grandparents, parents, two boys and Bella (Border Terrier) spent another week at Bridge House Apartment 1 - our second visit and it was a pleasure to return - the accommodation there suits us so well and the boys love the garden. It is so handy for popping into Keswick and the shops could hardly be nearer - it's like having a very large larder! The apartment is well equipped, comfortable and spotlessly clean and has very comfortable beds.

A great location
The second time my family has stayed in this apartment, its so comfortable and well equipped. Excellent location for Keswick town centre, parking for 2 cars and a great space to relax in a secure courtyard.
The apartment is spotlessly clean and the building team are really helpful with any problems, definitely the best company to deal with in Keswick
PS Has a tennis court, trampoline and swings on site for the kids

Wonderful
Party of 5 came to Keswick for the weekend, everyone loved the apartment, and their own bedrooms, for us all, it sure had the WOW factor, spotlessly clean, cosy, well fitted with everything we needed, don’t understand previous reviews regarding poor wi-fi, it worked fine for us. Plenty of towels, washer/dryer if needed, comfortable beds. Definitely one of the nices apartments/houses we have stayed in.
Two minutes from the town centre, and umpteen walks on your doorstep.
A special mention for the lovely housekeeper, who was very friendly and helpful and who obviously works hard at making the place so welcoming, with her subtle little personal touches.

perfect accommodation, central location
This apartment was centrally sited and perfect for our party of 5 including 2 disabled visitors and 2 dogs. All on one floor with lovely tiling throughout. The agents were available for a couple of minor issues and these were dealt with quickly and efficiently. Would certainly book again, shame we had rain all week but that's the lake district for you. Perfect!
Our family love staying in any of the Bridge Cottage properties. We have recently had a family reunion & stayed in Bridge House and flat 1. Everything was perfect from the decor, equipment and cleanliness to the great location. The garden is great for children too. Couldn’t be better!

Excellent. Would book again.
It is in an excellent location so far as the centre of Keswick is concerned and the apartment is very well provided (oven, hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine/dryer etc) and very comfortable. There is a green area outside and parking for two cars. The wi-fi is excellent in the main room but did not work in the bedroom that we used but that seemed to be the only negative so all in all very good.

Beautiful apartment.
A beautiful apartment, perfect for our needs. With a 94 year old with mobility problems having everything on 1 floor, and an en suite, was exactly what we needed.
Ideally positioned for Keswick town centre, with shops, cafes and restaurants all within easy reach. It was spotlessly clean on out arrival and well equipped.
If I was going to nitpick, only 3 dishwasher tablets were not enough when staying for a week, the wifi was not too good and the HD channels on the TV kept breaking up. Thankfully the none HD picture was brilliant. A kitchen roll would be useful too. Also the en-suite toilet was VERY slow at refilling, which was reported. None of this however detracted from this stylish apartment and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon. Oh, and the dog loved it too.

Close to Town Centre, Newly Equipped Kitchen & Bathrooms
PROS: Close to Keswick town centre. Very close to Supermarkets. Lake within 10 minutes walk. The self catering complex is good for large groups who want to be close to each other. Recently equipped kitchen and bathrooms with modern appliances and fittings.
CONS: Only 1 set of towels per bedroom - not per person. Previous occupants had left clothes in a bedroom drawer which had not been removed prior to our occupancy. We, eventually, found the instruction books for appliances in a drawer of the sitting room cabinet - their location was not given in the welcome pack. Coffee M/C required de-scaling but the yellow "adaptor" - for use when de-scaling - was missing (we had to borrowed one from occupants of an adjacent apartment). The Wi-Fi signal was very poor and kept 'dropping out' making Wi-Fi practically un-useable. Sound proofing between Apartment 1 and the upstairs apartment was poor dogs/children could be heard running across the floor above us. Car parking was restricted. Our party consisted of three couples with three cars. Parking on site was only provided for two cars. Additional parking is - sometimes - available at £5/night. In our case none was available and we had to find overnight parking for one car in Keswick - at £4/night!

A wonderful festive break in a centrally situated, excellently equipped apartment.
An excellent ground floor apartment, very well equipped throughout. Centrally situated, everything within walking distance. All rooms are very spacious and the showers are lovely and roomy.Underfloor heating to keep your feet toasty warm. We had a wonderful Christmas break here. Complimentary bottles of wine and mince pies and a Christmas tree ready decorated! Alhambra Cinema is a real treat with free tea or coffee. A walk to Lingholm at Portinscale is worth the exercise for their scrumptious food and we had a great time at the Theatre by the Lake. A walk up sunny Latrigg on Christmas Eve and evening carols in the pedestrianised market place. Perfect. No hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Back for a second time.
Having visited Bridge house apartment 1 before, we had no hesitation in returning back for another visit.
Beautifully finished to a very high standard throughout, and perfectly situated just minutes from the centre, it offers everything you’ll need for a visit to Keswick.
We’ll be back im sure.
