This was a great last minute booking for us adults and kids, literally a ten minute walk from all of Blackpool’s main attractions. The neighbourhood isn’t part of the central holiday area although it is up the road from it, which was nice to be out of the way but within walking distance.
The apartment was clean, tastefully decorated ; and also well supplied with extra towels and bedding for the sofa bed already prepared. The apartment was a tight squeeze especially with two toddlers running around your feet, however this apartment would be ideal for a couple looking to get away for the weekend. The sofa bed was probably the most uncomfortable part of our whole stay, I had to spend a few nights on there to settle my toddler and found it to be too hard to sleep on. The fridge in the kitchenette made a whooshing sound when turned on, had to turn it off through night just to settle the kids to sleep. The sofa bed and the singing fridge don’t take away the fact that all in all; we had a brilliant stay at Pineapple Apartment and the owner was nothing but polite and informative when we communicated via text before and after the holiday. We will be back next year just as a couple, as we will probably need to remortgage our house to pay for kids activities in Blackpool again. The cheapest part of our holiday was the accommodation and it was by far the best thing about our stay in Blackpool.
