2 of us shared this well situated flat in Soho. 1 of us slept in the bedroom, the other slept on the comfortable sofa bed. The flat is a five minute walk to the tube and is close to many restaurants and pubs in lively Soho. also very close to Leicester Square and Chinatown. The kitchen had everything you need to prepare meals. There’s a small convenience store across the road where you can find a few necessities. Easier to buy bottled water there than to carry it from the market about 7 or 8 minutes away. WIFI signal was strong. There was enough storage and closet space in the bedroom to share.

Good experience
We spent five nights at this apartment and were very satisfied. We are two friends so one of us took the queen bed in the bedroom and the other took the sofa bed. We both found the mattresses a little soft and I don’t know if this is from age or by design. The rooms are good sized and comfortable. There are windows that can be opened for fresh air and there is a balcony off the living room. There was enough storage space in the bedroom so that we could both unpack our bags. The kitchen had everything necessary to prepare breakfast. I did not see a coffee pot but there is a French press. There are lots of pubs and restaurants right outside the apartment building, it is a very lively area but with the windows closed we did not hear a sound. The apartment is on the 14th floor and has good views over the city. We could even see the Eye. There is a grocery market about 8-10 minutes away. And there is a little Off License store across the street where you can buy alcohol, soda, water and a few groceries. This store offers luggage storage by the hour. We were able to leave our bags in the apartment a couple of hours before check-in time which we are grateful for. The apartment is pretty much as described, no surprises. WiFi was great.

Perfect place for a family break.
I was returning to Soho as a tourist: 10 years ago I worked in an office in that area and sat on the tube for an hour to get there. It is completely different to wake up every morning right in the middle of Soho.
There are restaurants every 10 meters in every direction. We walked almost everywhere and it was perfect. Fantastic breakfast options, we really liked Soho Joe for breakfast and dinner.
We had 2 kids with us who slept on the sofa bed in the living room. It's not huge but it was adequate for 2 kids. They had their Switch hooked up to the TV so they were happy. The master bedroom was perfect for a week's stay if the bed a little soft.
Arrival process, late on bank holiday Monday night was perfect, John was waiting with the keys when we got there.
The building isn't the prettiest in London but the view from the balcony on the 14th floor is simply stunning! I've never seen a view like it in London! The main balcony looks south at all of London out to Tower Bridge, St Pauls and even docklands. From the bedroom you look at all of North London. Amazing.
The apartment had everything you need, plenty of bedding, well equipped kitchen, washing machine (always a bonus with kids) fridge for holding leftovers from last nights restaurants, a few cold beers and milk for your tea. It was all clean when we arrived.
We had a great stay: it's a different experience to staying in a hotel, but it really is a lot more cost effective.

My family of four stayed at this apartment last year. We loved the location and the private space. Very clean and a grocery store was within walking distance.

The best experience
I have been renting apartments in London for my annual vacation for the bast fifteen years, I must confess this is the best of them all ,in all ramifications I was well received by the jovial and ever willing to assist manager;unfortunately I can’t recall her name, but she was extraordinarily good.I can’t wait to come back to London again. The proximity of the property to most of London’s tourist attractions makes it more attractive coupled with its serenity and neatness.I will not hesitate to recommend this property to all my friends coming to London.

I rarely provide reviews; I am lazy.
However, this stay was exceptional.
1 The booking process was amazingly good. John Giltrap was very helpful and patient. I made a serious mistake in the process on 2 separate occasions and he made the necessary changes without comment and by return of email.
2 The apartment was everything we wanted.
It is on level 14 of a high rise with a panoramic view over the city.
It is newly painted and the kitchen and bathroom appear to be newly installed. They were also well appointed and sufficiently spacious to be comfortable.
The bedroom was a good size and included all the space we needed, which was a lot as we travel heavy. The bed was comfortable, the linen and blanketing were fine and there were plenty of pillows.
The living room was also of a good size and was light filled thru a wall of windows. The whole apartment was impeccably cleaned.
And,most importantly perhaps, the location was fabulous; it is in the centre of everything you might want if a stay in Soho is your choice including, of course , easy access to Theatreland.
Would we stay in the apartment again? Definitely! I wouldn't even look at the internet for other choices.

Everything as offered
The location could not be easier for access to London by public transport or walking. Living in Soho is a perfect traveler's destination.
On the 14th floor with wide view, the unit is quiet and secure. All necessary living amenities are here. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom and shower are very functional. Kitchen is fully equipped. Living room and TV offer very good domestic retreat. Pictures are accurate.
WiFi works well and is fast. Again - QUIET. Dealing with the apartment manager was flawless and hospitable with integrity. Price for value and location appropriate.
Have rented apartments in London for several years running and this is an excellent choice. I would stay here again gladly.

Lovely apartment in an excellent position
Apartment has everything you need and is in a brilliant position to explore central London. Carnaby Street a 2 minute walk away, Soho the same, theatreland a 10 minute walk away. There are some excellent restaurants around and I'd strongly recommend the Ivy Brasserie which is on the doorstep. It's my second time in the property and it was just as good the second time round. I look forward to visiting again in the future.

Buenísima ubicacion
Un apartamento chulisimo,muy limpio y acogedor, nuestra estancia a sido excelente ya que llevábamos un bebe y nos adaptaron una cuna, el propietario encantador,la ubicación súper céntrica, gracias por todo John.

perfect location
This is great flat in the heart of Soho, with a fantastic view of London. It is a perfect location to explore the city with close-by tube station and lots of nice restaurants around. The flat was very clean and big enough for the three of us.
