Shower room: A well-presented shower room with a toilet, hand basin, shower cubicle, towel rail and mirror.
Kitchen: A well equipped kitchen offering an electric oven, grill and hob, a full-size fridge and freezer and washing machine. A well-organized kitchen the perfect place to rustle up your favorite meals after a day of exploring at the beach.
Lounge: A beautiful spacious lounge with stunning views to sit and enjoy with your cup of tea or glass of wine. Offering 2 large two-seater sofas a lovely space to sit and socialize in or watch your favorite movie with its wide screen TV offering Netflix’s, freesat and a DVD player there is also a CD player with bluetooth, so you can enjoy your favorite music also. This room is lovely and light with a double window showcasing the views but can also be cozy with the added benefit of an electric feature fire place for the chillier evenings.

Car park barrier card, door key and garage key are in a combination wall safe to the right of the front door, the code will be provided before arrival. You will need to pull up at the barrier (or to the right of it if able) and come up the steps in front of you to get to the the wall key safe.
The garage is a maximum of 6 foot tall, and 6 foot 6 inches wide and 16 foot six inches deep and not suitable for large cars as you need to leave a few inches for comfort. A small car will fit easily and a medium sized car if the garage is approached with all wheels straight.
There are also of course 5 first come first served parking bays marked Residents Parking.
There is a W zone parking zone scratch card provided with the Welcome pack which can be used on departure if you are staying in Whitby longer as the cleaner will need your parking spot at 10:00 and also in the event upon arrival that you do not find a free parking bay and your car is also too big for the garage.

The apartment is all on one level floor access.
There are no high or low thresholds or door frames.
Light switches are traditional height and not wheelchair height.
