We needed a large property for a family Xmas week get together in the UK, as we are normally in France . This property was ideal, great views, super locatuion and well furnished with plenty of room for 6 of us to move around.

What a great house this is to rent. Beautiful decor and lovely art work. Everything we needed for a family of four and our dog. Beautiful sea view with a lovely balcony to sit on. Court yard garden a great bonus especially for the dog. Close to the dog friendly part of the beach. We’ve been going to Aldeburgh every summer for the last 20 years and this has been the nicest house we’ve found so far.

We spent my birthday with a few friends here and had a fabulous time . The house is just perfect for a group of friends . It’s very well equipped . We had a takeaway from next door one night , cooked a couple nights and had a great meal at The Lighthouse . Perfect location for walks and shopping eating and drinking . I even got to enjoy my G&T sat on the beach at dusk . Beds were very comfy too .Fab few days

This is the perfect place to stay with your family. It’s very well appointed and equipped, masses of hot water and excellent kitchen. Plenty of fridge and freezer space which is often not the case in rentals. I did take a large pan for the big spaghetti supper but it’s a personal choice!! We will be back for sure… Loved it.

We had a very enjoyable week in this house. It is perfectly located within the town, a few minutes walk from the main shops, yet on the sea front with a great view from the 1st floor living room and main 2nd floor bedroom. Despite being so central it is very quiet. The rooms are all very spacious and the kitchen well-equipped (even an oyster knife!). There is no reserved parking for the property, but there is free on-street parking outside the property and in the narrow side street - although this is in high demand we had no problems finding a space, even during a very warm weekend. To make our stay ideal it would have been good to have a shower curtain round the bath on the 2nd floor. It is an old building with lovely high ceilings, but this does mean that there are lots of stairs, which might deter some.

This really is a lovely house, very well furnished and spotlessly clean on our arrival. Glorious position overlooking the seafront and all the amenities of the town within a few minutes walk. So nice we've already booked again for next year.

WOW what a fabulous place, great location better than ever imagined. Fantastic quality linen and towels, spotlessly clean and well equipped kitchen and utility. Far exceeded our expectations I can not recommend this place highly enough. Literally 20 feet from the beach and pubs and restaurants within a two minute walk. Best Christmas I’ve had in years 😊

This house is just perfect. Wonderful location in a fabulous little town right opposite the sea with free parking. We are 6 woman of a certain age that require space, comfort and cleanliness... big ticks in all boxes.

We could not have loved this property more! Fabulous beachy themed decor and gorgeous ocean views. Aldeburgh is a treasure by the sea and Market Place was very clean, very large, perfect for our stay!
