We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while in Paris. Beautiful and so comfortable. Great location to see all of walkable Paris. Quiet neighborhood yet close to everything. Our host, Rafic was wonderful. He was so helpful and accommodating. Truly went out of his way to make sure that we had everything we wanted and needed. Even with our short stay of a few days we felt his friendship and care. Apartment was super clean and comfortable and had all the essentials needed. Would not hesitate to recommend this one of a kind charming apartment and can’t wait to go back.

Life the French lifestyle by enjoying the charm and artistic flair of this lovely place that you will call home within minute of arriving. The accommodations were perfect for three adults with all the amenities we could ask for in this 3rd floor apartment. Fabulous decoration and furnishings. I would highly recommend this location and apartment for 2-3 adults. Rafic, our host, was fabulous to work with and provided guidance on favorite patisseries, sights, transportation needs, and more. With the Eiffel Tower, Rodin Museum, and rue Cler just minutes away, you will enjoy this quiet upscale neighborhood - with an authentic feel of this remarkable city. You won't go wrong with this location or apartment. The apartment is a walk up, so you will want to ensure capability to use stairs.

Traveling alone in Paris can also feel at home. The host thoughtfully prepared all necessary supplies, including endless coffee.

My adult daughter and I recently stayed at this beautifully appointed flat. It was true to its pictures, very clean, and quiet. Walking distance to grocery, restaurants, napoleon’s tomb, Eiffel Tower and more. Rafic was a wonderful host, meeting us upon arrival, walking us through the flat for safety and security features. I recommend this place wholeheartedly!

Our host greeted us warmly, carried our bags upstairs, and spent around 20 minutes telling us about the apartment and things we needed to know. He was so helpful and kind and gave us information about the area. The apartment is lovely and so warm and homey! We felt so comfortable. I really appreciated the attention to details, such as having lots of tea/coffee in the apartment, as well as things like a wool throw to wrap around yourself if you are relaxing with a book. The location is great--in a quiet residential neighborhood near the Eiffel Tower. It is not touristy, but very elegant. There are many shops and great restaurants nearby, and the metro is convenient as well.

This apartment was so nice, it was hard to leave every morning and wonderful to be 'home' at the end of the day. Rafic is such a welcoming host, and Jasmine is both artist and metaphysical guide, adding to the unique and thoughtful atmosphere. All the amenities are here, including comfy bathrobes, a fully workable kitchen, great bathroom, very nice bed, and more. The decor is gorgeous, the apartment is full of light and color, and there are various options for music, tv, and movies.The location is close enough to whatever sites and experiences you may desire, but out of any hectic tourist areas, so you get a feel for real Parisian living, Rafic has a ton of great suggestions of markets, where to eat, etc, and if you're lucky, Jasmine might be available for a prescient numerology reading. Rafic even arranged a great taxi to the airport at the end of my stay. I can't say enough good things. Highly recommended!

Rafic and Jasmine's home was a true delight that made our trip to Paris perfect. The location is safe, has lots of cute places nearby, and is ideally situated between several great neighborhoods to visit. The apartment was well-appointed with all the amenities needed (espresso, kitchen, table for your indoor picnics, hot water, hairdryer, laundry, fluffy clean towels, etc.). The building is charming and the apartment has a cute bohemian feel. Having extra space to hang out and spread out your winter layers made a cold trip much easier than a small hotel would have been. Rafic and Jasmine made it easy to coordinate check-in, check-out, and finding things to do around town. I cannot wait to return!

We have stayed with Rafic and Jasmine three times as recently as October 2022 and have made another reservation for October 2023. Let me say a few brief words in why we continue to return: 1. Rafic & Jasmine's apartment in the 7th arondissement was wonderful place to come home to each day. We resided there for 11 days and were comfortable, had everything we could possibly need to prepare food, and recuperate from our days of wandering Paris. When planning an extended stay, we look for an interesting environment with comfortable furniture for relaxing, a very comfortable bed, a functional and well-furbished kitchen, a location with easy access to public transportation and walking to important sites. Rafic & Jasmine's apartment has that and more! On top of the amenities, Rafic is a tremendous resource on Paris. We recommend his evening tour of the city. It was fun, informative AND got us well-grounded in the geography of Paris.
