El piso está muy bien comunicado, a 5 min de la Gran Vía y del centro. La terraza es genial. Para cuatro personas es idónea y la dueña nos atendió muy bien. 100% recomendable.

The apartment is a nice size, the location is good and the terrace is nice. The bed is comfortable (if you like hard beds as I do) and the shower is ok. However, there is no aircon (although the advert states there is) and there is no sign that there has ever been any aircon. This was annoying as we ruled out a different cheaper apartment because it didn't have aircon and I would not expect a host to mislead their prospective guests. The satellite TV also didn't really work - only a couple of German speaking channels were available. All of the furniture, including the patio furniture is worn and dirty/stained. Generally it was very dirty with big dust bunnies on the floor and a general level of dirt such as a filthy cutlery drawer. I have pictures but I don't think that tripadvisor allows uploads, but if it does I will post some pictures. In addition, instructions about leaving were not clear - I don't know if this has now been changed but there was no check in/out time on the advert. This was compounded by the fact that the person who showed us the apartment told us to just leave the keys when we left. We later found out that this person was the cleaner not the host. The host texted about 8.30pm the night before we left to ask what time we were leaving and then told us that we had to leave by twelve and that we should know this as this is the same for hotels everywhere (she didn't realise she is not a hotel I suppose). When I complained that this was short notice etc. and that I didn't appreciate being contacted in the evening she eventually became unpleasant. I would not book this place again, not really due to the check out misunderstanding, but because it's below standard in terms of furnishing and particularly cleanliness and the description is misleading. Given all of this I would also say it's overpriced.

Muy buen apartamento, perfectamente situado, con parking propio y con un salón con amplios ventanales y una gran terraza con bonita panorámica. En lo negativo, mobiliario de cocina y baño un poco obsoleto, sería conveniente renovarlo.

Piso céntrico, gran terraza con vistas maravillosas, y equipado con lo necesario. Está muy cerca de las calles mas concurridas y turísticas así como de los monumentos mas importantes. Tiene plaza de garage.Buena estancia.

Estuvimos muy agusto , piso con todo lo necesario y una luz impresionante... estuvimos como en nuestra propia casa.. volveremos

This is a perfectly located apartment for a visit to the beautiful city of Logrono. Situated centrally the apartment has wonderful views across the city from the sunny terrace. The added benefit of a garage saved time looking for a parking space every day! Ana was very helpful and friendly during our stay.

La ubicación es perfecta con la plaza de garaje aunque pequeña pero suficiente. Está a 8 minutos del casco antiguo y todos los servicios cerca. El ático tiene mucha claridad con vista a una plaza y una terraza perfecta para mi perro. Recomendable sin excepciones.

Ana la propietaria es muy simpatica. Estuvo muy atenta con nosotros.El atico esta muy cerca del casco antiguo,desde la terraza tienes unas vistas estupendas.Hay dos supermercados cerca , un bar al lado del portal,un horno , varias tiendas,en fin,si quieres ir a Logroño este es tu apartamento .Hemos disfrutado de unos dias inolvidables.
