Lovely location set inside a Palace directly on the canal. It is a short walk to great restaurants and shops with reasonable prices, but also within easy walking distance to the main sites and attractions of Venice. The apartment is spacious and well equipped. The host Filippo was exceptional and very knowledgable and helpful. I would strongly recommend this apartment for your trip to Venice. We hope to come back ❤️❤️❤️

Great location and host
We rented this apartment for me my partner and daughter for a week. Great location just 25 mins walk from San Marco, plenty of good restaurants nearby but away from the crowds. Apartment was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Felippo was really friendly and helpful and made everything easy. Lots of good advice and just a text or email away if any help needed.
Would definitely recommend - we had a great stay!

Great place
What can I say. An amazing apartment in an amazing location. Quiet compared to the main tourist areas but well worth being out the way. Close to the ‘Ghetto’ which is a real Venetian gem. Fillipo was there to meet us and spent time explaining the area. Invaluable advice concerning costs too. A friendly welcome. The apartment has everything you’ll need. 10/10.

Excellent quality/price ratio!
What a great place to have as our home base while in Venice! Loved being 2 minutes off the tourist track - perfect balance of access to all we wanted to do and getting away from the crowds. When compared to a place our friends stayed at closer to the Rialto bridge, we realized we had hit the jackpot. For the same price we enjoyed twice as much space - a clean, roomy living room, bedroom, kitchen and bath whereas our friends had a one room bedroom/kitchen with bath. Filippo provided 1st class service ensuring we settled in well and spent as much time as we wanted to answer our questions and provide us guidance to the local sights and restaurants. Would highly recommend this apartment.

My wife would have stayed here forever!
Everything was outstanding about this apartment on the first floor of an 1897 palazzo. It was easy to get to, a mere 10 minute walk from the boat from the airport. It was fully equipped with any and everything we needed to do our own cooking. The owner was responsive and met us there when we arrived 5 hours before scheduled checkin and allowed us to store our luggage until the cleaner was done. There were many good restaurants nearby and a gelateria with the best mango ever. The furnishings were very comfortable. There was also a good collection of guidebooks available. I wouldn't hesitate to come back here.

Une bonne adresse.
L'appartement a très bien convenu pour une famille de quatre personnes. Cuisine bien équipée. wifi efficace. Calme la nuit. Filippo nous a très bien reçu. Nous recommandons, rien à redire.

Super, place
Super place, super location, super service. We book place in February to visit Venice in April, Filipo is wonderful houst, he really care about geust. All communication was easy and acure. Appertment was clean and well maintain . Recommender for family's and couples to visit.

Fantastic apartment on canal
We had a fantastic time in this apartment. It's ground floor, right on the canal, with a large pull out couch, bedroom, fully equipped and large kitchen, and bath. It's perfect for 4. Washer is a great thing to have too. Supermarket is just down the street and it's a quiet residential part of Venice. It's about a 15 min walk from the train station and very well located. Our host Phillipo was so nice and told us all about Venice as my daughter was very interested in the city. Our train didn't leave until late afternoon and Phillipo let us stay in the apartment until we had to leave for the train. It gave us another half day to explore the city! Thanks!!

Very happy with this apartment
Typical Venician accommodation with a nice canal view, very clean and has everything you will need. Away from the madness but within easy walking distance from the bus stops and major tourist attractions. Supermarkets, restaurants and bars all within 5 mins walk. As with all the other reviews, Filippo is an excellent host and always available. Highly recommended....

Excellent apartment in Palazzo Lezze
We spent two weeks in a very comfortable apartment in a true Venice Palazzo.
The apartment is situated in a calm and quiet place and it is very well equipped. It's a really cozy apartment.
Every year we come to Venice and spend two wonderful weeks in that apartment. We always feel at home there.
The owners of the apartment are very helpful and friendly.
