The apartment is located on the ground floor and has a double bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, living / dining room and an outdoor table and chairs just outside the apartment, by the swimming pool. The condominium is composed of 4 apartments (3 x 1-Bedroom apartments and 1 x 2-Bedroom apartment). All of the apartments are also composed of at least one bathroom, a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchenette and an outdoor seating area. They also all benefit from Wi-Fi. The property is situated in a quiet location, but has easy access to a variety of restaurants, bars, shops and supermarkets, as well as to Albufeira Old Town, the Marina, and the Albufeira Strip via bus or taxi. Car hire is not a necessity, unless you wish to discover more of the Algarve. Other options of transportation include the local bus the Albufeira “Giro” with several routes around town and local taxis which are readily available and well-priced (for which contact information will be provided).
