The apartment was perfect for us. Really clean. Super nice hosts. One block from the metro. Great little supermarket directly across the street. The people in the neighborhood were so kind. Good local restaurants everywhere. It was just so much fun!! Would definitely stay here again.

Appartement bien situé
Très bon accueil par les propriétaires malgré notre arrivée après minuit. Ils nous attendaient. Un panier gourmand nous était offert. L'appartement était très propre, très bonne literie. juste un petit bémol, l'ascenseur fait un peu de bruit. Je recommande un petit resto tout proche dans la même rue : Telheirinho de Arroios. Nourriture excellente et très copieux pour un petit prix.
Evitez les resto dans le centre qui sont des pièges à touristes.

Nice appartment, uncomplicated service by friendly landlord
The appartment (three bedrooms, two bathrooms, fifth floor with a tiny elevator) is nice and functional (including WLAN). When six persons use it, the dining room and the living room are very small. The appartment is located in a side street which is rather quiet by night. Two major advantages: the next metro station is less than five minutes away, and just over the street there is small supermarket. The service by the friendly landlord is uncomplicated: we met at the beginning for a few minutes and that was it. When leaving, we just left the kes inside and closed the door.

Great apartment experience
This is one of the biggest vacation rentals we have stayed in. The pictures are quite accurate and the owner's directions to the place were spot on. The owners met us at the apartment and showed us how everything worked. They were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was spotless and everything worked as advertised. The elevator can be a little noisy and there was some daytime construction noise and a daycare across the the alley, but the latter two were only daytime factors and who hangs out in their rental in the daytime, right? The owners provided a map of the local restaurants, along with recommendations. The metro is really close and allows great access all over the city. I highly recommend this apartment for your stay in Lisbon.

Apartamento acogedor
Durante la Semana Santa de 2017,nos alojamos 3 noches en el apartamento de Antonio una familia de 2 adultos y 3 niños y, sin duda, fue un lugar perfecto para nosotros. El apartamento es amplio, cómodo, acogedor y está muy bien equipado, con todo el menaje y utensilios necesarios. En realidad, es incluso mejor que en las fotos, ya que el cuarto de baño pequeño está completamente reformado, con un plato de ducha grande. Además, está bien situado, en una calle tranquila, a unos 2 minutos de una parada de metro y a unos 15/20 minutos caminando de la Plaza de Rossio. Nosotros fuimos andando hasta la Plaza de Comercio y fue un paseo agradable, de media hora. Otra ventaja es que hay un supermercado que abre todos los días (incluso festivos)justo enfrente. No tuvimos problema con el aparcamiento del coche ya que, aunque la calle era zona azul, no se pagaba a partir del Jueves Santo. En la misma calle también hay un aparcamiento vigilado bastante económico. Antonio fue muy amable y nos dejó una cesta de bienvenida. Es un sitio recomendable 100%.

Hello Marga. Was a pleasure have you and your family in my apartment, you are very nice. I'm happy that you and your famely liked my apartment. We are always making improvements that's why the fotos aren't updated yet. Recently, as you wrote, we make a new big shower in the one of bathrooms. We think that was a great improvement in the facilitys of the apartment.

Ottimo alloggio in zona strategica di Lisbona
Ottimo alloggio, perfettamente rispondente alla descrizione.
Bene organizzato, 3 camere da letto con 6 posti letto comodi, pulito.
Vicino alla metro, 100 metri circa.
Il proprietario si è dimostrato una persona gentilissima e disponibile, sicuramente una struttura da ricordare nel caso di un prossimo soggiorno in Lisbona.
Consigliabilissimo !!!

I recommend it and will definitely be coming back!
We stayed 3 families (6 persons) here and we had an excellent time.
The location was just perfect for us and the apartment was well equipped.
We enjoyed our stay in Augusto's flat very much. Nice place, located 20 min. walk from center , nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. Metro Station 'Anjos' is just 5 min. walk from the apartment. I recommend it and will definitely be coming back!
Augusto is a very friendly and helpful host. We arrived late (23:30) and he was waiting for us, with a nice welcome gift.

Il y a 1 salle de bain avec toilette + 1 toilette avec lavabo, ce qui est pratique quand nous sommes nombreux.. L'appartement est dans un quartier calme et le métro qui est à 2 minutes à pied vous amènent en 5 minutes au centre. Petit plus : Une supérette en face de l'immeuble est ouverte jusqu'à 20h30 même le dimanche. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et recommandons ce logement.

L'appartement est bien situé, voiture inutile : possibilité d'aller à pied dans des quartiers plus animés mais plus bruyants, métro à 2 minutes à pied, et supérette avec rayon boulangerie au pied de l'immeuble.
