Vom Erstkontakt über die Abholung vom Flughafen bis zum Auschecken 5 Sterne! Die Lage ist genial, Bistro im Nachbarhaus mit kleinen Leckerbissen zum Frühstück. Zwei Minuten bis zur Praca de Comércio, dort gibt es einen wunderbaren Italiener mit besserer Meeresfrüchtelasagne als in Italien! Frühstück bei PAUL in der Rua Augusta mit Blick auf den Triumphbogen (unbedingt auf die Aussichtsterrasse). Das Appartment ist nicht billig, aber jeden Euro wert. Obwohl das Gebäude von außen nicht einladend aussieht kann diese Adresse ohne Einschränkung weiterempfohlen werden inklusive der Restauranttipps die man in der Wohnung vorfindet.

Very good location - easy to access the apartment. Close to supermarket, good restaurants and cafes. Olivier and his assistant were very responsive. The apartment is well equipped. Air conditioning is extremely efficient which was great when we were there.

Rather expensive apartment that needs some TLC. Beds were not good. Communication was through social media, no human contact. Efficient but lacking personality.

Lovely, well equipped apartment, centrally located. Benefits from a lift as it’s on the 6th floor. Plenty of attractions within easy walking distance and also numerous good restaurants at sensible prices.

Lisbon Apartment Review We’ve rented our share of apartments in Europe for our travels, and none of them has this place beat. Owner Olivier knows what he’s doing here. COMMUNICATION: Olivier does a great job touching base at booking and beyond. We did have some problems, however, communicating with our airport driver pick-up initially; fortunately Olivier had given us a back-up phone number and we got everything resolved. Our driver, Dee, was friendly, helpful and informative in getting us settled in the apartment. LOCATION: Couldn’t be better! You are very close to all the action while being just a street or two away enough to avoid the bulk of the city noise. You can easily walk to most central tourist destinations, especially if you take time to figure out all the cool elevator/escalator/funicular options (which you should because they’re fun!) TRANSPORTATION: There’s a taxi rank nearby in front the Placa do Comercio and a tuk tuk rank just a block down the street from the apartment--especially helpful when needing to avoid dragging your rolled suitcases across bumping roads to Rossio train station. APARTMENT: Roomy, clean, comfortable, tastefully outfitted. The kitchen is beautifully equipped with dishes, utensils and cookery. While there’s a microwave and a good stovetop, be aware that there’s no oven. We appreciated having a dishwasher and an easy-to-use washing machine. (There is no dryer, but our clothing seemed to dry easily when placed on a towel on the bed.) Both machines come supplied with the necessary soaps. Though perhaps firmer than my personal taste, the beds are fine. The heaters/air conditioners are simple to use, effective, and adjustable in each room. The nearest larger grocery, Pingo Doce, is just off the closest cross-street, Rue Da Madelena; just walk about 1/4 mile up the hill-- no problem if you’re in any kind of shape at all. We learned to kick off our mornings with visits to the small cafe on our corner almost directly below us with their variety of fresh squeezed juices (try the strawberry juice, yum!) The elevator initially looks a bit old and scary, but it worked great and we grew to love it for its style and function. We also found the use of codes for building and apartment entrances an efficient contrast to carrying and using actual keys. The wi-fi is strong. The showers/bath have plenty of hot water with excellent water pressure. OVERALL: I wouldn’t hesitate to book at this place again, and neither should you!

The apartment was beautifully decorated and sparklingly clean. The bedroom was comfortable and relaxing. The apartment was within walking distance of most sites we wanted to visit, and within an easy walking distance for trams to Belém etc. Communication was good throughout, but as we had no problems we did not need to get in touch during our stay, although we were contacted to ensure everything was ok. We booked Dee to bring us to the apartment from the airport, which was a very positive experience as she is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the city. I would definitely recommend staying at this apartment. Thank you!!

Very conveniently located, metro is about 5 minutes away. Lots of great restaurants nearby, located in old town area. Apartment nicely renovated in a historic building w a small but functional elevator. Owner was great and responsive wrt communications.

Es un hermoso departamento, con dos habitaciones espaciosas y cómodas camas. Los baños son dos y son muy cómodos. El comedor es muy amplio y espacioso. El departamento ofrece todas las comodidades. El dueño tuvo una atención inmejorable y nos permitía estar en contacto permanentemente por cualquier consulta o inconveniente. Estuvimos muy a gusto. La ubicación entre el barrio de Alfama , el centro histórico y la costa fue lo más gratificante. Pudimos encontrar estacionamientos en la calle muy cómodamente . Quedamos realmente encantados con Lisboa y también con el Lugar.

Easy booking this apartment, lots of contact with Oliver prior during and after the trip. Rodrigo met me and my two teenagers at the Apartment....cool lift to the sixth floor. Showed us all the details and utilities in the apartment, showed us exactly where we was on the map. We had a ball in Lisbon, people are great, English spoken everywhere, the apartment is in a fantastic location, very close to transport of all kinds, and very close to the square and lift, with great views of the castle, river and tram 28 line. Could not recommend this apartment highly enough, I will be back....thanks Oliver and Rodrigo.

The three of us enjoyed our stay very much. There is ample space, the apartment is well maintained and equipped, and it is in a wonderful location. Communication with Olivier was prompt and helpful. We especially liked the transfer driver he arranged for us.
