Super Schöne Villa perfekte Zimmer und Einrichtungen. Wunderschöne Architektur und Aufteilung viele Zimmer auf 3 Ebenen mit Bädern und teilweise Küchen. Große Gemeinschaftsräume Super Außenanlagen wunderschön bepflanzt und super schöne Ausicht mit wunderschönen Sonnenaufgang- und Untergängen. Ich und meine Frau feierten unseren Gemeinsamen 60.Geburtstsg mit der Familie, mit 12 Personen es war nur schön von allen gelobt und Platz ohne Ende Von der Anfrage bis wieder Verlassen der Villa super Korrespondenz mit den Vermietern, immer schnelle Antworten, provisionelles Vorgehen und sehr freundlich. My wife and 16 friends stayed at Villa Andalucia for a week to celebrate her 50th birthday and all I have had is a constant stream of plaudits stating how amazing this place is. From the meet and greet and generous gifts of wine, to the location with its stunning views and the locality to some fantastic restaurants and bars. The villa itself is extremely spacious and think they were still finding rooms after a week there! The rooms were very comfortable and decor nice and very clean. My wife believes parties of 20-24 could be accommodated at a push and 17 was a breeze. The outside is beautiful and provided plenty of space for a large party to chill and relax without being on top of each other. The pool was plenty big enough and kept warm through an automated cover. You do have to respect the neighbours and there is a noise "curfew" which is quite acceptable and the girls did not experience any issues; do not come expecting to rave until the early hours without expecting a call from the police and the potential of a large fine. All in all a highly recommended property and one that we would seriously consider in the future.

This was booked by my sister for a birthday celebration with a large group, ages from early 20s up. I have done a lot of villa holidays and this villa is a pure delight. Split over 3 levels, it has a series of apartments and rooms or very large communal area. It means you can all be together but you aren't on top of each other. The villa adapts to your needs. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Chayofa is a small village up the mountain from Los Cristanios and Plays de las America's, but commutable to both. There is a bus or brilliant taxis. Chayofa has lovely bars, restaurants and we actually spent most of our time here. The villa has a great pool which is nicely heated. The design of the whole villa is stunning with curves and staircases all matching designs. The owners were incredible, they sorted out tickets to bypass the queues for the younger ones to go to the waterpark and were just so accommodating. The villa has multiple bathrooms, toilets, kitchens, seating areas and is decorated to a really high standard. The multiple balcony areas look over the sea and the towns below and it is so peaceful. All the rooms were bright and clean and well equipped. I just cannot fault this place. The way this villa is set out, the space, the balconies, pool, location, owners are just so perfect. If you want a large place for a group or family holiday in a quieter location, it would be really hard to beat Andalucia. The space and adaptability, along with great hosts is really 5 star.

Excellent villa only problem was the shower cubicle in the green suite needs upgrading as it was flooding when having a shower,also not suitable for elderly people due to very steep hills

Upon arrival we had to wait for about 30 minutes to be let in. Bear in mind that I was discussing our early arrival that same morning with him and I was reassured that we can head straight to villa when we land. When I rang the landlord he said that his friend is now buying food for us. Standing on the street in the heat was not great so to say. Instead of food we would have preferred soap and toilet paper in all bathrooms but only some of them had toilet paper and only one had liquid soap. Initially i had given this property two stars on google reviews but after the landord responded that i never told them that something was wrong I am only leaving one. I will now explain why I took away the 2nd star. The chain of the grill is hanging by a thread and is absolutely not safe to use especially when I told you that we were cooking at home, the internet was barely working till eventually it stopped working all together. I sent the landlord two separate emails about these issues and was absolutely ignored so did not bother with other things like broken beds in the upstairs room and possibly in a few others too. The door in the upstairs toilet is MISSING. NONE of the doors lock so no privacy whatsoever!! The table and chairs outside the room were very dirty. Luckily I had taken my wet wipes to the trip. I had to clean the table three times until the wipes would be clean! The fountain is not working and a large bit is broken off of it, but I didn't really mind that. It's just aesthetics after all. Why I am furious is that because there was not enough soap and no chemicals to clean the kitchen and bathrooms apart from washing up liquid my new husband got a stomach bug! Constant vomiting, diarrhoea and horrid stomach pains was not a great start for our honey moon. A day later I got it too. Also no one came to check if any cleaning had to be done. We had a few very experienced cooks including a chef with a lot of experience so the meats could not have been undercooked before you start assuming that. We were eating at the villa until that point so that germ must have been there somewhere on the surfaces and not anywhere else. A trip to the hospital sorted me out. Just make sure you have the European health insurance card and passport(or simply travel insurance) with you if you're staying there because otherwise the treatment can be quite expensive(just the deposit is €200)! I will mention that there really is a lot of space in this property and it was even at times hard to find other guests. The plants around it look amazing. I am simply very disappointed with how the landlord handled everything. I wish the landlord good luck in improving their service.

It is such a lovely Place and Perfect for larger groups. The Garden and Pool Are in excellence shape.

Lugnt och avskilt läge. Passade perfekt som utgångspunkt för våra utflykter. Dispositionen av huset, med två separata lägenheter, gjorde att alla i vårt sällskap på 19 personer kunde få sin egen privata del. Stor och fin matplats med grill i trädgården. Poolområdet är även detta superfint. Bra omhändertagande av representanten på plats.
