what an absolutly vrilliant caravan so clean and spotless it had everything we needed and more someone was always on hand if we needed anything absolutly will book again

Relaxing, perfect location, we will be going back again and again. The holiday home has everything you need and more, whatever the weather. Games TV with dvd, lovely veranda to relax with comfortable outdoor living furniture. Plus those little extra that folk forget are supplied. There is even a bus stop right outside of the site, with a regular service if you want to go into Skegness or Chapel etc... and 3 min walk (if that) to Fantasy Island. We stayed here in the red theme caravan in June of this year, we had an amazing time staying here, on arrival we were greeted by the lovely O'Neil family, which I felt was a very nice gesture as we had not stayed here before. The family were very approachable, helpful and friendly. The caravan had everything we could possibly of needed on arrival. ( the only thing that could have been perfect would have been complimentary hot drinks). Other than that there was nothing we needed, or wanted that was not provided. The caravan was warm and comfortable with a lovely deco throughout, I thought the complimentary accessories in the bathroom were a very generous gesture. However we chose not to use them, as we had no need to. We will DEFINITELY BE BOOKING AGAIN. Thank you from my family to the O'Neil family.

The location could not be better, the caravan park did not have an on site shop but this may have been due to covid restrictions. The van itself was clean and tidy and pleasant to stay in. If I was being picky, the décor was something to be desired and a bit amateurish and overdue a professional overhaul. The cutlery seemed a bit tacky and in need of renewal. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would book it again.

We recently stayed here during half term for the weekend with my family. The owner did a meet and greet as he owns the caravan in front. He had put the heating on for us ,so it was nice and warm. The van was nice and clean plenty of bedding in wardrobes if needed. Ideal location at the front of the site.

We have just come home from a 3 night break and it was brilliant caravan is a 2 min short walk to fantasy island. Its very cosy especially on a winter night with the gas fire on. On arrival our caravan was spotless and smelt clean and fresh. It is equipped with everything you need absolutely outstanding customer service from the owners they helped us tremendously. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK !!

Stayed at this beautiful caravan. Home from home, nice location, to the shops, beach, Market, bus stops. Everyone on site was so friendly, site well kepted and clean. Caravan was clean and tidy on arrival. Been a lovely week, loved the veranda, especially with the gate that I can lock, so my boy can play on the veranda, while, I am cooking etc, great added extras within the Caravan to dry clothes, ironing board and iron. The Caravan has everything in it that you will need for your holiday plus added extras, like travel cot, high chair and lots more. I would highly recommend and i have already booked for next year. Thank you to the owners, Ruth and Pat, for making my holiday so great.

Just come back from an absolutely wonderful week in your new caravan. We couldn’t have wished for a nicer more comfortable stay. This isn’t the first time we have stopped with you and won’t be the last. As usual the van was fully equipped with everything we needed like home from home. It’s lovely and modern the beds are very comfy too. When we arrived everything was very clean, there was hand wash at every sink and antibacterial wipes too, I found all of this such a comfort during this horrible Covid time. Yesterday (our last day) was cold and wet so when we got back to the van we used the central heating to help warm Us and and dry all our wet clothes, the heating worked really well no issues and was lovely and warm in no time. However when we went to fill the kettle for a cuppa the water was off! I called Ruth & Pat who were very helpful with their advise & always willing to help however they can. However the problem was actually with the site it’s self with the water main not the caravan. But it’s always good to call & speak with Ruth always an easy flowing conversation never akward, like we’ve known each other years but never actually met. Anway thanks for letting us stop in your van again, hopefully it won’t be long till we come again. Thankyou 😄😄
