Interacción con los huéspedes: Villa Paraíso Golf es un personal de vacaciones casa en lugar de un alquiler de turismo comercial. Se mantiene en las mejores condiciones durante todo el año por Beverley Gardner, una señora Welsh encantador y Juan, el jardinero, que se ocupa de la piscina y zonas ajardinadas. Beverley está disponible durante su estancia en caso de necesitar ayuda o tiene algún requerimiento especial.
My family and I recently spent a week here, which wasn't long enough! The villa was absolutely beautiful and had everything you would ever need and more. We were fascinated by the library, art work and memorabilia belonging to Colin, had it been possible we'd have loved to spend an evening with him, what a very interesting person he must be!
Bev was really lovely, met us at the airport and showed us where everything was, even took us to do a quick shop.
Overall we were extremely impressed all round and will definitely be going back.

Birthday stay
I stayed here with my friends, from Ireland, in April to celebrate my 60th. Villa not up to par and the villa manager and owner were just vile how they treated us.

These were the worst and rudest guests ever to have been visited our villa; they were truly the visitors from Hell. From the moment they arrived they were rude and "ordered" Beverley who supervises the villa in Gran Canaria, and has done for a very long time, to do a number of things (which we are normally happy to do, without being obliged) but then for her to be insulted and shouted at and called a liar when they couldn't find a nearby recommended restaurant ("Il Gustavo for those that know it) , to order taxis before being ready and then blame the taxi is is one thing but to blame and accuse Beverley of lying when all we tried to do was be of assistance was beyond the pale. We do like to help guests from time to time, but we do not offer a full conceirge service. On arrival at the villa at their request some 2 days later to check some items they reported we discovered the following; 1. The air conditioning in full use with windows and doors open - negating the effect of the air conditioning and potentially causing damage. In any case - the airconditioning is not required in the mild month of April. 2. There was a broken hook in the ensuite bathroom which was broken during their stay 3.The bathroom door lock "didn't work" - actually it did, - although slightly stiff and they had obviously mishandled it, but in any case easily serviceable. 4. The pool had been filled up to overflowing potentially causing garden flooding; this could only have been done by them since the pool technician had checked the pool between 6.30-7.15 that very morning. We ask all guests not to tamper with the pool, especially the water level. 5. The house appeared to be a complete mess 6. They had planned a specific birthday party EVENT without notifying us in advance and indeed a party took place on the evening of 26 April. Our HOUSE RULES state specifically NO EVENTS and this was arguably a significant breach - although we are often very reasonable in this and do accept such events if clearly notified in advance including full details of numbers. None of these items are problematic in terms of our ability to correct them Beverley arranged a plumber to attend the house within 24 hours of the complaint and at latest 9.00 am Thursday. They refused to allow access and because of this we were also unable to resolve the minor issues they had raised with us. I communicated all of these matters in email on a day by day basis alerting vrbo at every stage of how rude and difficult these unruly people were. We also lodged an official complaint about this awful group of people to vrbo half way through their stay and would advise anyone against renting to them. Please read the other reviews which give an honest flavour of how people have enjoyed our villa.

Perfect Apartment for Getaway with Friends
Just returned from my second stay in this stunning apartment, conveniently located close to the beach & the centre of Playa Del Ingles.
The apartment is immaculately clean & well eww we ripped for 6 people sharing.
It also boasts a stunning garden with large pool, with inbuilt jacuzzi.
Highly recommend & I look forward to many more stays in future.

What a amazing villa, totally mindblowing, its been one of the most relaxing holidays ever, the gallery was out of this world, the pool was lush especially the jacuzzi, its more than home from home and what made it complete was meeting bev who picked us up from the airport and went out of her way and took us to the supermarket and waited for us, we are definitely staying again, thankyou bev and a big thankyou to you colin for sharing your gorgeous home with us xxx

My friends and family have visited Gran Canaria at least once a year for the last 16 years, I’ve now lost count of the number of times I’ve stayed at this villa.
The house is appointed very well and maintained to a high standard.
The terrace and sheltered gardens are not overlooked at all, you have totally privacy with peace and quiet to relax.
The private pool is solar heated so if your travelling in the cooler months you still have full use.
It’s located midway between the resorts of Playa Del Ingles and Meloneras which is exactly where you want to be, taxi rides take only a few minutes to each and they are only a few € each way. There are local shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance.
The owner and management team make you feel welcome then leave you in peace to enjoy the house and your holiday but they are only a phone call away and genuinely nothing is too much trouble.

Beautiful Hacienda style villa with private pool
This is our 2nd trip to the villa and we will most definitely be returning.
The villa itself is very clean and well maintained. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and feels really homely.
Just a short 5 minute walk away are some lovely restaurants and bars - don’t be fooled by the look of the shopping centre they’re located in, as we’ve tried every one and have never had a bad meal. They were all great with our 6 year old too👍🏻 you will also find a well stocked supermarket here too.
The beach is a 15-20 min walk from the villa and here you will find lots of lovely beachside restaurants and bars - and more importantly a lovely beach!!
We came this year with my parents, my father struggles walking as he has MS but the villa was perfect for him - especially with the walk in shower and he was even able to use the pool & it also received the seal of approval again from our 6 year old!
Perfect villa for a lovely relaxing holiday for all ages.

Perfect home from home in the sun
Outstanding property that is in an excellent location. It can only be described as having a fantastic homely feel coupled with a high level of comfort and luxury. The owner is extremely helpful and accommodating as is the person who looks after the property and I would recommend this to anyone without any hesitation.
We will most definitely be back.

Well appointed villa ideal for the 6 of us
This villa has everything that you could need. Quite residential area but easy access to both Maspalomas & Playa del Ingles this is a very good villa. Plenty of space for the 6 of us clean and comfortable. Very helpful owner and local support contact.

Beautiful villa with pool
We have just returned from Paraiso 12 and can't wait to visit again.
The villa itself is beautiful, like a real little Hacienda. It is extremely clean and well
looked after. The garden and swimming pool are safe and secluded making it perfect for families with young children (we travelled with our 5 year old son).
Just a short walk from the villa are a few restaurants and bars as well as a well stocked supermarket. The beach at Maspalomas is just a short 15 mins walk away where you will find more restaurants and bars - we visited the beach a couple of times and it the sandy was great and was extremely clean.
All in all we've had a great chilled out relaxing week and would highly recommend the villa 👍🏻

Beautiful Villa in a quiet part of Maspalomas - Perfect
We stayed in the villa for a week while attending a family wedding and we cannot fault it at all.
Bev, the local agent, took care of our transfer (which I'd recommend, especially on your way home as we checked out at 11:00 and she was able to hold our luggage until our evening flight!) The villa is very well equipped and had lots of the essential basic stuff (from Tea and Coffee to Sun Screen and After sun to Shower Gels etc) already laid on. The villa itself is in a quiet street but taxis are everywhere and every journey seemed to be no more than €3
Beautiful villa, lovely saltwater pool (which is very refreshing when the temperature starts to climb) and a very homely, personal feel, no more so than the fantastic library with it's Gold Discs and Music Memorabilia.
Would love to go back for 2 weeks next time!
