The location is along the prime pedestrian street in Sopot. Walking distance to the beach, the pier and hundreds of restaurants.
The apartment is modern and fresh, with air conditioning. All furniture and fittings are new, the bathroom is hotel class, with toiletries included.
There is a small pentry with a fridge and electric kettle - good for breakfast. Our particular flat (top floor) also has a micro, nespresso machine and hot plate. Tea bags and coffee pods were provided for.
There isn't much space to prepare food, so I wouldn't bother cooking - anyway there are so many options to eat out.
The bed sofa in the living room was modern and fresh. The double bed was comfy but just a bit too soft for us.
There is a private paid car park next door, charging 50 zl per day (set your Google Maps to "Parking Auto Sopot"). Parking on the street is cheaper, but you need to be lucky finding a vacant lot during the summer.
To balance the review, just a few negative points.
At night, it can get noisy with the pub crawl on the street below.
We requested top floor since we anticipated the noise, but it was still audible.
Oh, there's no lift, so be prepared to walk. We weren't bothered with that, but I noticed another family with a stroller who probably should have requested the ground floor instead.
The doors are fitted with electronic lock, but don't close properly, so you have to pull/slam the door quite hard, otherwise the buzzer will go off.
I made the mistake of having the window open one evening, plenty of mosquitoes got in. Fortunately, the windows are modern, so it's possible just to open a small vent and avoid the mosquitoes.
That said, we enjoyed our stay. Marcin and his assistant Mateus were helpful, friendly, and responded fast to all our queries.
