This place was even more nice than the photos showed. It was spacious even for 3 people. It was in walking distance to a small corner store, as well as the main road in Belize. The bikes were a great additional touch.

Tiana’s place was clean, had good A/C, was spacious, and was in a safe area. She provides great restaurant recommendations that are walking distance from her place as well as a guide with activities, nightlife, local taxi services, etc… I had a great experience.

The apartment has a very nice aesthetic inside and out. I cant get enough of the patio! I truly enjoyed the bed canopy! The house supplies certainly came in handy allowing me to make some delicious dishes native to Belize. I will happily book again!

This home is beautiful, modern details, and nice touches around the home. There’s even a mini fire pit area out side! I would love to come back and rebook! It is a residential area so please have some type of transportation.

Really liked the location, close to many restaurants and night club Social Lounge. Many small grocery stores in the area, and supermarket Brodies is like 20 minutes walk. To go downtown or water taxi you can get a taxi driver, the host provides the numbers. Bed was comfortable. Sofa bed had good mattress too. Both rooms had AC so sleep was comfortable. Check in was easy with a code. Host was friendly, and helpful. Would book again! Thanks.

Tiana’s condo is just as how she advertises it on the medias. The neighborhood is quiet, located at Belma phase a 10 min walk to Bordies. Tiana was quick to respond to messages and to any assistance when needed. The outside porch is welcoming, with chairs outside where u can relax and drink a cup of coffee. Inside the condo is very clean, the living room spacious with AC a comfortable coach, Tv with Netflix and fire stick. The kitchenette is a fully functioning kitchen with a stove top, it has cooking utilities, cups , plates, spoons, pots, knife etc items used to prepare your food, it comes with free water, coffee, coffee maker, coffee filter, teas, salt, sugar, oil and other condiments to cook, the bathroom is well lit and ventilated, with hot and cold water plus great aroma of shampoo, conditioner and body wash, all of great quality. The bed room was cozy, with AC, tv with Netflix, it has a boho bed net I’ll call hanging over the bed, it has a boho style finish to it. The is a minimalist/boho style. I love the place. Best place I’ve been in Belize city. 100% Recommend. If anyone while traveling to Belize city or around the vicinity and looking for a affordable, cozy, clean, stylish but classic condo, to stay . Tiana place is perfect.

Modern and new apartments, everything was great! Check in was easy and simple with a code, no need to meet anyone for the keys. Located in a safe residential area of Belize City far from bad areas tourists shouldn’t go. Was able to walk to several great restaurants, Old Belize beach and water taxi were only 10 minutes drive. Awesome host too, friendly and communication was great.

Perfect apartment and very accommodating family who hosted us. Apartment was clean and smelled good. Linen was white and spotless. Shower had hot water which is not common in Belize. Host provided nice body soap and shampoo+conditioner. Kitchen had all the basics you need. Location is nice, we felt very safe, close to everything. Thanks!

Tiana was the most perfect host! I first booked her spot in 2020 and it's now 2022 and I still book there every single time I go to Belize. She is so professional and friendly! Her place is so cute and aesthetically pleasing. I love the minimalist vibe. Will definitely keep on visiting.
