Close to everything you will need, great starting point to visit Quito during your stay. 3 Shopping Centers, Restaurants, Bars and Movie Theaters are all in walking distance. Just 2 min walk to the best green area in the city!

first the positive things, We found the condo to be very clean and well kept and the pictures of the condo you see on trip advisor is exactly, what you see. Close to the park, big shopping mail, restaurants, hop on hop off bus . now the negative things.
The biggest thing for us was the clutter of knick-knacks all over the place, family photos on the fridge and walls if made it to personal and felt very uncomfortable .My husband wanted to move to the hotel down the street he felt that uncomfortable. It look like the owner live there until she can rent it out and then moves out for that time period. Waited over a hours to get keys to the condo (at 2:30 in the morning) security guard did not know we were arriving, condo has not heat cool in the morning and evenings, we found a lot of street noisy, beds are hard and small doubles at best, not queen as advertised.

Dear Ann, we are very surprised about some of your points, especially as you did not mentioned any of this during the entire stay. Even as we are used to get feedback during each stay, tour husband responded that everything is OK what males me now wondering.
Now, regarding some issues you mentioned, this is no comercial rental, but a personal rental apartment which also serves on a personal retreat during some days when my mother in law is in town. Maybe some of the personal touches might be in your opinion too personal, but as you said, the pics are 100% as the apartment is.
Now, regarding the topic with your keys, we asked if its OK to leave the keys with the guard, so you arrived and took the keys, I do not understand why you might had to wait for hours? Dont think so...the guards are always present.
OK, hope this is enough info for you and all interested parties, as I am 150% convinced that we have done everything to make your stay enjoyable and not for less, we have a SUPERHOST status for some reason!

Great location, comfortable apartment
The property manager Heino is extremely helpful and responds promptly to queries. The owner, Fanny, is also helpful. The location is very good. It is close to a shopping centre, public transport, cafes and restaurants. The nearby Parque Carolina is an added bonus. The apartment has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms, it is well equipped and the rooms are of sufficient size.
The only negative aspect is that the apartment is full of clutter and every surface is covered with knick knacks, artificial flowers, carvings, mementoes and bric a brac. There is no space to lay out one's own books, maps or computer and there is the constant fear of knocking something off the various side tables.

Fantastic Place/ Secure Location
The apartment was exactly as advertised (thank you!), clean, comfortable and in a secure building with 24 hour guards. The balcony is lovely and although on the 3rd floor there is a really nice mountain view. The location is great in an upmarket, bustling neighborhood. The internet connection was did not freeze or get stuck - I was working remotely so this was very important to me. The underground parking was also made available - this is an added safety feature, especially at night. The only drawback is that there are street vendors (gas delivery, used items etc) that beep and make announcements very early in the morning up and down the street multiple times.
Thank you so much Heino, lovely place, would recommend it to anyone who is visiting Quito.

Excelente estadia
Es un departamento muy agradable y con excelente ubicación. Edificio nuevo y con excelentes acabados.
Muy limpio y tiene todo lo necesario para que el hospedaje sea confortable. Sus dueños muy amables!. Gracias Sra. Ivonne!.
