Nikola is a great host, very helpful and friendly. The apartment was great and met our all expectations. We had great time and we can’t wait to come again!

A lovely location
We had a great holiday staying in this bright and airy apartment which was very clean and met all our needs. Nikola, our friendly host , was extremely helpful arranging airport pickup and offering useful and handy tips as to where to shop and buy bus tickets. The location was just great - a very short walk to the beach and many good restaurants and a short bus trip to the stunning old town of Dubrovnik!
We would certainly recommend !

Our 4th time back...
Our 4th time back to the “A2 Dream Apartman”!
We always stay with our wonderfully helpful host, Nikola.
The apartment is spacious, clean and very well presented.
The area is peaceful and a 5 minute walk to Lapad beach, the well stocked Tommy supermarket and Pantarul-one of the best restaurants in Dubrovnik.
The apartment is in the best location to enjoy the Old Town and the beach at Lapad.
The no 4 bus to/from the Old Town runs every 20 minutes.
The bus stop into town is a very short walk down the road. On the way home the bus stop is right in front of the apartment main entrance. Perfectly convenient after a long day of swimming and exploring.
The Lapad peninsula is a hidden gem with a lovely shaded pine lined pedestrian walkway leading to some beautiful swimming spots, bars and restaurants, perfect for alfresco dining and enjoying beautiful views.

Perfect
We visited Croatia for the first time last week, we have just got back and wanted to put on a review immediately. We could not fault this apartment or the service we received, from the minute we got off the plane we were greeted by Nikola, on reaching the apartment we settled in immediately and the views from our balcony were fantastic. The apartment was seconds from the beach, bars and restaurants and the supermarket, without being in a noisy part of town so you could relax. The apartment was spotless with everything you needed and tastefully done. There is a local bus right outside if you don't wish to walk into Dubrovnik old town. There is so much to do. We would recommend this place, it's perfect.

Second time...still 10/10
We came back to the same apartment almost exactly a year to the day to find that it was still as beautifully kept and well presented as the first time. This really is a a great apartment for those who want the perfect location to base themselves from to explore all of what Dubrovnik has to offer with a bus stop right outside, 5 minutes walk from Lapad beach, and all the shops you need a short stroll away, not to mention Pantarul which is by far one of the the best restaurants in Dubrovnik is just up the road.
We can see ourselves returning here regularly as it has everything to offer that we want and need to make our stay extremely comfortable, homely, relaxing and easy.

This apartment is excellent
Brilliant apartment with everything you could possibly need. Great location, the beach is a couple of minutes walk away and the bus stop is literally outside the front gate.
Nikola was a wonderful host who was there when he was needed. Dubrovnik is a beautiful place, nicer than anywhere I've ever seen. We would definitely go back but only if we could stay at Nikola.s.

Excellent Location in Lapad
We had a great stay October 2015 in Nikola's apartment. The location is very convenient in Lapad. Walking distance to lots of restaurants and a couple of different super markets for supplies. Old Town was less than 10 minutes by bus and the stop is a 2 minute walk. We had everything that we needed in this clean and cozy apartment. The only thing we did not like was the mattress, but I'm told it's almost new, so this may be a matter of taste. Nice view of the sea from the private balcony. Thanks Nikola!

Wonderful location and friendly and attentive host
We found the Dream apartment to be first class.
It was a great location, with a very convenient bus stop outside the apartment.
Nikola was the perfect host and was always very willing to help out.
He collected and returned us to and from the airport for a very reasonable fee.
The accommodation was beautifully clean and modern.
The area was quiet in the evening, just what we wanted after a busy day.
Would recommend this apartment as a place to stay

A home away from home
We stayed in Nikola's apartment (the "A2 Dream") in mid September. Nikola was very friendly and easy to deal with in the booking process. He is very efficient and prompt with responding to emails. Upon arrival he very kindly collected us from the airport ( for a reasonable fee) and immediately made us feel welcome and relaxed.
Whilst travelling to the apartment Nikola chatted to us and made helpful suggestions as to how best use our time in Dubrovnik.
The apartment was immaculately presented, perfectly suited for the modern traveller and set in a fantastic location with all amenities close by. The Lapad area is peaceful but very well connected to the city.
Lapad beach is a 5 minute walk away and the number 4 bus that takes you to the Old City is about 100 meters down the road. On the way back home the bus literally stops right outside the apartment!
Dubrovnik is a spectacular city on a beautiful coastline and we fully intend on returning next year to explore the area further and to relax in the same apartment.
We have recommended dubrovnik as a place to visit to all friends and family and insisted they contact Nikola.

Amazing!
Excellent accommodation, very clean and well equipped. We were even surprised to find we had a sea view! Our host, Nikola, was very helpful and gave us really good tips about the local area. The apartments are 5 minutes walk from the beach and the same into Lapad. There are plenty of good restaurants in Lapad. The bus for Dubrovnik was just outside the apartments and takes about 10 minutes. First class accommodation and we couldn't have a better holiday! Would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone wanting a holiday in Dubrovnik!
