Our family had a wonderful week at this summer paradise! Perfect location, fully stocked with amenities and clean. Can’t wait to return for another week next year!!!

Our family and 2 dogs really enjoyed our stay and hope we can return one day. Home had everything we needed, was clean and cozy. Views from the house and outside were phenomenal. I’m going to miss the sunrise and sunsets!

This house had everything! We loved our stay. Our only suggestion was that there were 2 sets of bunk beds downstairs that had to use the one available bathroom. There was another bathroom in the master bedroom, but during the night when needing the bathroom, no one wanted to wake up the people in the master bedroom.

We never stay in the same place twice, but we would love to here!!!!! The house is amazing and perfect for my elderly wheelchair using family members. The host was wonderful and I had the most relaxing time. The house is a gem! My cousins have cabins on Cow island so they zipped over on the boat for sunset cruises. The view of the mountains is breathtaking. Sunsets are pink and orange. Thank you so much for these wonderful memories. We appreciate you opening up your home. Cheers

The house was nicer than I expected, and the owners made it very inviting.

We had a family and friends group of 12 adults and this property was perfect! The setup with the deck, cornhole, hot tub, outdoor tv, basketball hoop, and dock was unbelievable. Jamie was quick to respond with any questions and we were even able to tie a boat up to the dock. Perfect stay for larger groups and you can’t beat the price to stay right on Winnipesaukee!

We had a wonderful time for a long weekend to celebrate my birthday! The house is fantastic, very accommodating for a group of adults with two infants. The lake view is great, the hot tub and deck have beautiful views. It's a very quiet neighborhood which is nice to get away from the city. It's a short drive to Gunstock as well as some nearby hiking. Jamie was a great host and was super communicative especially about what to expect with the property. Would definitely love to come back any time of year!

Group of 10 adults, ice fishing and snowmobiling on Winni. Enjoyable time had by all. House was comfortable and had everything we needed. Thank you to Jamie for his insight and communication. Perhaps we will rent again next winter. Everett and Lisa Johnson.

Jamie was a great host who answered all questions regarding the property. Home was ready for us upon arrival with the fireplace loaded and waiting for a match. Everyone had a great time enjoying the view and the home. Would love to come back again in the future it was perfect. Thanks again

Property is very accommodating as is the host. Jamie went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Excellent written instructions and suggestions. I highly recommend this property
